Never mind the food is delicious and at the highest quality and freshness, the service in this place is actually a priority and you can see that dedication in the staff who always strive to improve. A nice find while walking around to find something to eat! Yes, it’s sort of pricey but I also do understand how costly Stockholm city is by itself. The owner mentioned it took five years to grow the gorgeous avocado tree-what a lovely sight! The food tasted so healthy- five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My favorite lunch spot 😍 So fresh and flavorful, yet healthy and nutritious. It’s quite busy around lunch but there are plenty of tables inside, if you prefer to eat there. Otherwise it’s take away friendly too. I can’t get enough!! Love going there! 🤤

We stayed at Il Sereno for 3 nights in July and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel service is truly 5-star, with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, it still felt personal, intimate and private. Many times, you hardly noticed any other guests. The pool and spa  were great! The staff were outstanding  and helped with all transportation, boating, and dinner arrangements. With respect to the restaurant, we had seen mixed reviews but decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant for one of our nights in Torno.  We were so happy we did!  The food was fantastic quality, service was top, and it really was a great experience overall. Thank you for such a great stay. We hope to return some time in the future.

We had an incredible anniversary meal at the restaurant. Ruben, Genaro & the rest of the team made us very welcome in their picturesque dining room. The food was exceptional - very much a first class culinary experience. Would thoroughly recommend - 5 stars!

Absolutely the best hotel in ALL of Europe.

You could not pay for a better view. The pool is heated and offers amazing views. You can jump off the dock into the lake and I just am having a blast. I’m writing this review like 4 hours into my stay here… It’s that amazing. Well worth the price and it’s KIDS friendly! 10/10 stars.

The staff is AMAZING. This isn’t like a regular hotel where you check in. The experience was so different from anything I’ve experienced and I’ve been to quite a few nice hotels. Well done.

The staff was mostly delightful. The location was quaint but hard to find. The rooms are small for the price and the idea of a suite is not what most are used to. A suite usually refers to a separate seating room. I would say our room was more of a large regular room.
We visited the mandarin oriental and for the money you may prefer this.

Although the place is clearly very luxurious, i experienced the staff at the entrance as very unprofessional. Came three days in a row to meet up with our friends staying at the hotel and was asked the same security questions by the same persons every time. The first time our friends came to greet us at the entrance - and this should have been a heads up that we actually knew the guest!  But the following days we were asked the same questions and we were even escorted to the restaurant, as they probably did not trust us- making us feel like criminals. This is when the excessive and useless safety checks turn into a terrible customer experience. Will never recommend or visit this venue again.
