Stationen is a classic styled cozy place for both lunch and dinners. They also offer brunch and afternoon tea which I have yet to try.

This time we went for a dinner and I had the mushroom toast starter and a pork schnitzel for main course.

The mushroom toast was very juicy and with lots of flavours and cheese. One of the best starters I have had in a long while.

The schnitzel was very big and filling and came with fries as a side. Lots of vegetables and sauce of melted cheese was included. I would have preferred if they had also included a slice of lemon for the schnitzel but sadly there was none.

Overall a very nice visit, however I later upon checking the receipt that they charged extra for the sparkling water even though it was never mention as an extra cost when they initially asked if we wanted still or sparkling water after we were seated at our table.

We had a very enjoyable evening with our slightly larger group (7).
The service was excellent: very friendly and very well timed between courses.
I had excellent food for all three courses.  However, my wife was disappointed by two of her choices. But I cannot rate what I have not eaten so the 4 stars is regarding my own dishes.
One other point  is that we could have used a larger table. Not only were we quite cramped in our bench, the food hardly all fitted in the table.  So overall a good experience, but potential for improvement.

Decently cool place with nice ambience and food choices. The menu isn’t kid friendly and neither is this restaurant unless you have amazing children. It mostly a date place. Our waiter was excellent and super nice.
For the burger it was about 18 dollars for a 1/4lb if my memory serves me correct.

It is very conveniently located next to the train station.

Fika: not recommended. Dry and dense pannacotta.

Lunch: pretty decent.

Dinner: not the most amazing flavours.

Brunch: Surprisingly good. Especially the savory items. We were worried that each item would be small due to the brunch package (one sweet & one savory item) being available, but the savory item is big enough. Tasty too. The sweet items were smaller and not as good.

Atmosphere is okay, nice details.

Service is often okay, but it was very very slow during brunch. The waitress insisted that the brunch items would come in two servings, which made it even more slow. 2 hours of seatings wouldn't have been enough if we didn't ask for little hurry.

Went for sunset cocktails while away on holiday here and it was the best rooftop bars we’ve been too. So special the most amazing views and the cocktails were great. When in Rome again would definitely go back highly recommend booking this place is a must go! 😍

The rooftop bar which is above Terrazza Borromini restaurant is my favorite spot to watch sunset in Rome. All staff are so polite, kind, ready to help out with recommendations for food and drink and make you feel special and welcome. And special shoutout to Mirko's perfect cocktails - a blend of so much taste and just the right amount of alcohol to get you relaxed. Overall 15/10 experience being at this amazing place, everyone should try and treat yourself with a visit.

Overall a good experience. We had a three course dinner in conjunction with an event on the rooftop that we bought as a package. In total with the event we attended, I'd say it was worth it. If we had just come for dinner and drinks, maybe 3/5; not bad but not anything to write home about. Amazing sunset views of Rome though if you manage to come on a sunny evening.
