I have mixed feelings about the hotel overall. The staff are polite, professional, and attentive, which I truly appreciate. Row on 45 was exceptional – I’d give them three Michelin stars, as it was better than some of the actual three-star restaurants I’ve visited. Buddha Bar had a great atmosphere, and I enjoyed the snacks, though the drinks were fairly average. I also visited the lounge for drinks, which was comfortable and relaxing

My room was quite noisy during the day, with drilling and banging sounds, and the sound proofing wasn’t effective. The loud music on Saturday night, which went on until 4 a.m., was disruptive. And I would hear conversations outside from my room.

the breakfast service was a disappointment. Every morning, there was a 20-30 minute wait for a table. For a luxury hotel, this kind of delay is simply unacceptable – it felt as though management thought it was okay for guests to wait.

I can’t help but wonder about the F&B director’s approach. Did the management not anticipate this issue when designing the breakfast area, knowing it wouldn’t accommodate all guests? Or did they not expect the hotel to be fully booked? In a large hotel like this, it would make sense to open an additional breakfast area when demand is high. Adding to the frustration, there were empty tables, but it took quite some time for staff to show us to them.

Even a 3- or 4-star hotel would likely handle this situation better. It’s disappointing to see such poor coordination here. The staff escorting us in seemed to think the wait was acceptable; when I mentioned the long wait, she looked surprised and nonchalantly apologized, saying they were very busy. It reflects poorly on management.

On the forth day, I noticed they were making efforts to improve. The manager was personally helping to clear tables. I would suggest and they assign a few staff solely for cleaning and setting up. Larger trays to be used for quicker clearing, more staff were bringing guests in, and conversations with guests should be handled by the staff showing the tables, not by the person checking room numbers.

Rooms are great, great location. If you are a tourist, please keep every penny you have in the safe. Especially if you want to switch bags as a lady when going out. Never leave a penny in your room when stepping out. They know you’re a tourist and always out so you wouldn’t realize if anything goes missing in your room. Hotel management and head of security will come and search your things and your room to see if they can find whatever you claim was missing then tell you after that they don’t have the right to search their workers so if you want your things found report to the Dubai police. Left to a different hotel that very day.

This place has a legendary customer experience.

From the moment you walk in the door you will see how much the staff and management care.

Breakfast is wonderful and a true 5 star luxury hotel experience.

Rooms are modern and updated with a great attention to detail.

We were constantly wowed by the little things the hotel did to make us feel welcome.  I don’t want to share all the details because the surprises make it more enjoyable.

My husband and I are visiting the place very often as we can’t find anything similar to this. We always get the best service ever, whether it’s a room type or service in the restaurant. A Top Hotel in Dubai Marina

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai’s Marina area. The location is fantastic, and the staff and services are truly exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost!

The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning. Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly. In fact, she is the primary reason I’m writing this review – it’s rare to encounter such attentive and considerate service, and staff like Thea truly deserve recognition.

Having travelled to many destinations and stayed in countless hotels, this is one of the few occasions where I felt compelled to share my experience. Highly recommended!

we spent two hours to get to this place but unfortunately we were not allowed in because men were not allowed in, before that we called in the morning to book a table, the numbers were disconnected, the establishment is completely unprofessional, they did not even bother to answer the calls and notify their guests. There was also no information on Google that men were not allowed in, just like us, many people came and were upset that they could not get in.

Beautiful little cafe. Nice small dunes next to it for perfect sunset photos. Coffee is very good but 33 aed for a small brownie is very high price even in the middle of the dessert. Staff is very friendly. Booking is recommended.

Cute café, not so far from Dubai at the bottom of beautiful dunes for more than decent price. Nice staff, but need more seats and staff for week end since it is quiet busy and there is plenty of space. Nice atmosphere at nigh with fire. I would recommend to lower music or just turn it off due to poor quality sound system.

One of the best places to go if you’re in Dubai👌🏻
Expect a long but beautiful road to reach the place passing through the Al-Qudra desert. Once there you get to sit by the fire (it gets cold at night), music is nice and low. They serve coffee, tea, and even desserts. The coffee is so good especially if you take it and find a spot on the sandy hills there with the beautiful lanterns. I highly recommend this place ✌️🏻
