Top tier dumplings at prices that won't burn a hole in your wallet!

Me and my partner are big dumplings fans, and when visiting NYC on holiday, were recommended Deluxe Green Bo, in the heart of Chinatown, by a friend. And I'm glad we were told about the place! The dumplings themselves were great - packed full of flavour, nice hits of umami, everything you could want. Dumplings, done well, that's what seems to be the order of the day here.

It's also very reasonably priced, especially compared to what we spent elsewhere! On prices and payment, it was cash only when we visited, and there is a minimum spent too - I think of $7 per person, though I may be misremembering. But it wasn't a huge amount!

Cost wise, me and my partner had a filling lunch for only around $20 or so, which value wise is amazing. And handy, as that was about how many dollars cash we had left to spend before flying home too!

The restaurant is basic in terms of interior etc, and it can be a bit chaotic. But that's part of the charm for me!

We were also plied with plentiful green tea too.

Overall, if you're after good dumplings at a good price, worth a visit.

Amazing food and practically unbeatable value.

Highly recommend the beef dishes. You really don’t need to order much to get full.

The only dishes I would steer away from are the rice cakes. They were pretty mid and we barely ate them.

Busy joint. Food authentic and tasty. Crispy eel with the shrimp fried rice or the chicken or shrimp with broccoli is always good. I had the scallion pancakes today and enjoyed it. Always busy eat and head out. The use to provide tea now just water. Gratuity is included so dont double tip.

Vi eskorterades vid lunch till ett bord där fyra personer redan åt så var beredda att njuta av den upplevelsen. Eller inte . 
Eftersom det var NYC, var det två österrikare och två fransmän som skulle ersättas av tre australiensare .

Chockern var att de bara tar kontanter som ingen av oss gillade eftersom allt annat i staden är plast.

Fruktansvärd mat, surt "service. " Till nivåuppsättning: Jag bodde i Hong Kong i 15 år, talar ganska bra kantonesiska, rimlig mandarin och viktigast av allt, jag kan kinesisk mat. Det här stället serverar samma amerikaniserade sörja som du kan hitta överallt. Var jag verkligen i hjärtat av NY Chinatown? Detta var på vår lista över kända platser att prova under vårt senaste besök i NYC Chinatown. 

Det var inte upptaget på den tiden vi åkte (lördag morgon) och vi fick våra dumplings att gå mycket snabbt. 

Jag skulle inte säga att dumplings var något speciellt och jag skulle inte köa för att äta här.

Fantastisk äkta kinesisk mat. Vi kom till NYC på söndagen ( 15: e sept) och vårt första mål var att hitta en fantastisk kinesiska, och det här stället var det. 

Vi åt Shanghainudlar, sötsur kyckling, grönsaker och fläskknyten - fantastisk smak och smakade fantastiskt. Vi tog även några tillbaka till vårt hotell som vi inte kunde äta allt. 

Liten interiör, men atmosfären och inredningen passade det mycket bra. 

Härligt ställe och bra mat och detta gjorde för en bra start på vår resa denna vecka!

Vår första upplevelse att äta i Chinatown, denna plats är alltid syltpakad service är mycket energisk och snabb. Vi ville äta Dim Sum eftersom denna plats hade bra recensioner från en bloggare på YouTube. Våra förväntningar överträffades, fläsksoppa dumplings var mycket smakfulla och läckra men fläskbullar OMG de skulle dö för. Priset är löjligt billigt för en restaurang på Manhattan. Alla plattor som passerade vid vårt bord verkade också läckra. Sammantaget var vi mycket nöjda och nöjda med den här upplevelsen och kommer att upprepas inom en nära framtid

Stannade på ett hotell runt hörnet i Chinatown. Hittade denna restaurang på resan Advisor och vi blev inte besvikna, faktiskt åkte dit två gånger i 4 dagar! Mat mycket billigt men av mycket hög kvalitet. Första besöket hade ett bord för två, andra besök på en lördag var tvungen att dela men hade en lokal familj från Brooklyn som är stamgäster där. Högt rekommenderad.

När vi gick runt Kina Town snubblat vi över den här platsen, den enda upptagen platsen vi kunde hitta (vi tar alltid detta som ett positivt tecken). Restaurangen tittade inte mycket frlm utanför och var inte otroligt dekorerade osv men Wow maten var ute av denna värld!
Stora portioner, fantastiskt värde, bra smak och härlig personal. Min man säger att dessa var de bästa dumplings han någonsin har ätit!
