I came here for lunch at the courtyard last week. Although the weather was cold, there were heaters around, and the atmosphere was nice. Food was good, and contrary to the other reviews, I found the service to be excellent. Our server, Megan, was so lovely, and when my order was mixed up due to a small misunderstanding, the employees did not hesitate to rectify the mistake although they didn't need to. Would recommend coming here and I will definitely return again.

I recently visited the restaurant and completely understand the hype! The service was incredibly friendly. The place was spotless. Aesthetically, it’s absolutely beautiful, creating a perfect atmosphere for dining. And the food is Simply amazing!Highly recommend!

Stopped for a quick coffee before leaving London. Sat in the outside terrace, sunny day, lovely setting. Staff were professional and polite and the coffee and pastries were very nice.

Didn't use the main restaurant or hotel so can't comment on those but on a sunny day would highly recommend sitting on the terrace and enjoying some refreshments. The toilets were also incredibly clean and smelled like tom ford bizarrely.

Staff at bar entrance were downright rude and unhelpful as we made our way to the restaurant completely killing any chance of a welcoming atmosphere. Dinner was a letdown — tiny portions, mediocre quality, and utterly overpriced. A standard g&t costs £28.80, service charge included. Absolutely not worth it.
