I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Fig tree and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern setting that instantly put me at ease. The natural light streaming through the large windows and the gentle hum of soft background music created a perfect environment to start the day.

The service was outstanding. The staff greeted us with bright smiles and made us feel welcome right away. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our coffee cups were always full and checking in just enough to ensure we had everything

I went to thick tree Venice on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 PM. The service was great and we were seated immediately. Every one was super nice and gave us plenty of time to look over our menus. we ordered quite a few things on the menu. But our favorite definitely had to be the herb pasta and the green beans with figs. The food is like art. It is smaller to medium size portions but the flavors are outstanding.
When you are seated, you can ask to sit inside or outside and the ambience is very cute yet modern. It feels like you are transported to a different city. This is actually my second time going and I really enjoy it here, I would recommend it. I usually bring friends from out of town and they all love this place.
Parking is not the best but if you are lucky, you can find free parking on the streets. If you park on rose near the creepy clown cvs, there is a public lot that was pretty cheap. We paid $20 for the whole day but if you go to the parking lot directly behind fig, it’s around $45.

Fig Tree in Venice offers a generally pleasant dining experience with a nice ambience, though being right on the boardwalk means the outdoor seating can be a bit noisy. The food is good, but the regular prices feel too high for what you get. I had steak and eggs, which were solid, and while the granola was decent, I’ve had better elsewhere. The plantain and coconut pancakes surprised with their crispy texture. It’s worth visiting during the 50% off discount window (Monday-Friday, 8-9 AM), but at full price, it doesn’t quite justify the cost.

The Fig Tree in Venice has an amazing location, right on the beach, just off the Venice Beach boardwalk. The staff was super nice, and our server really did her best, but it seemed like she could’ve used some help. We were a big group, and the room they put us in had cement or stucco walls, making it really hard to hear each other, even with just a few people.

The drinks were tasty but pretty small. We had tomato toast, which was good, and the salad was as good as a salad can get, I guess. The steak, served family style, seemed really good, but they didn’t bring enough, so I only got one slice. They also served a fish tail with good flavor, but it was hard to eat because of the bones. Dessert was just okay. It was clear the kitchen was struggling to keep up.

Overall, it’s a cute spot, but you’re definitely paying for the location, not the portion sizes or service. I’d go back, but probably just for a drink. The server really did a great job, though!

This restaurant is definitely not for those with picky eaters - AKA children or teens. My daughter and I both ordered the granola. I thought it was very unique and pretty tasty; my 15 year old, not so much. My son got the coconut banana pancakes. They were whole grain which he just isn’t mature enough to appreciate at the ripe age of 18 so he didn’t care for them. My husband got the steak and eggs. He said the steak was “borderline tough and under-seasoned.”  Even without the kids, we still thought the food was  mediocre. Also, they don’t start serving lunch until noon. We were there at 11:30 and were told we could only order from the breakfast menu.  If we ever go back we will be sure and go later in the day. On a positive note, the outdoor seating area is very relaxing with a perfect view of the Ocean.

Vi stannade här för lunch och det visade sig vara en pärla. Min man hade en räkrulle och jag hade Avocado Chicken Melt, de var jättegoda.

Jag och min man kom hit för frukost. Vi var på semester. Jag fick räkningen som jag betalade kontant jag lämnade ingen dricks eftersom jag inte hade tillräckligt med kontanter på mig. Tyckte inte heller att det var värt ett tips. Min man gick på toaletten och servitören kom fram till mig medan jag satt ensam (jag är en ung flicka) han sa till mig ‘menade du att inte ge dricks?’ Vilket är extremt oförskämt. Jag sa därför ”ja förlåt att jag inte har tillräckligt”, svarade han ”det är helt löjligt” och stormade av. Han förstörde hela min dag. Jag var så upprörd över hur han talade till mig medan jag satt ensam. Vi spenderade en hel del på måltiden ändå, jag är därför glad att jag inte dricks jag aldrig kommer att återvända. Äckligt och oförskämt beteende från en servitör.

Frukosten var god. Vi kom dit innan 08:00 men fick vänta länge på mat på grund av personalbrist den dagen. Vackert läge precis vid stranden.

Happy Hour från 8 till 9 är genialt - denna plats är en keeper

Tittade in här för en drink och en liten bit. Detta är en härlig oas mitt i hjärtat av Venice Beach. Jag åt säsongens soppa på butternut squash och potatis med pepitas och chimichurri. Det kom med läckra vetesurdegsrostat bröd. Det var så gott och gott. Min man åt frukostburrito. Han sa att det var den bästa han haft i sitt liv. Jag hade också en mäktigt god kryddig margarita. Personalen var vänlig och effektiv. Det var definitivt en underbar överraskning längs strandpromenaden!

Läget, priset och atmosfären var bra, frukost burrito var genomsnittliga - för mycket potatis och inte tillräckligt av något annat, servicen var bister.

Fikonträdet är en ikonisk plats i Venedig/Santa Monica som på något sätt behåller en pittoresk och utanför den slagna vägen påverkar. Under de tre årtionden jag har varit en fikonträd lojalist, har jag aldrig varit mindre än nöjd med min erfarenhet. Förvänta dig virtuella - vegetariska måltider (vissa kycklingalternativ dock, etc. ) gjorda med kvalitetsingredienser och serveras snabbt med laid - tillbaka men uppmärksam service. Se världen gå förbi (du är första raden på världen - berömda strandpromenaden) , och ta en söt paus vid fikonträdet.

Precis träffar rätt ställen, rekommenderar det till frukost! Beläget på stranden front de ger en fantastisk snabb och tidsinställd service.

Såg denna plats medan på morgonpromenad på Venice strandpromenad. Fick precis kaffe, avokado toast och otroligt bananbröd men det var så gott. Perfekt plats precis vid strandpromenaden. Bra atmosfär med fina sittplatser inomhus och utomhus. Jag såg någon äta en stor frukost burrito som såg bra ut också.

Utmärkt atmosfär. Hade biff och ägg till frukost och det var minnesvärt. min fru hade salsa verde hasch och helt njöt av sin måltid. Utmärkt service. Sammantaget en mycket trevlig överraskning.
