From the breathtaking views of the Marina, convenient, walking distance on the doorstep of the Waterfront shops and restaurants to the superb staff, this hotel experience was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms are beautifully appointed with delightful touches and the hotel's spa and pool area are exactly what's needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel is open to outside guests and their children and on the first day, these kids were obviously enjoying the pool with loud squeals of delight during the afternoon I spent there. My only suggestion in an otherwise faultess stay, is to be mindful of the noise level for other, in-house guests who might like to enjoy the serenity and bliss poolside.

A 5 star experience from beginning to end. From the time we stepped out of our car, we were made to feel special. The Cape Grace is a beautiful hotel and the service is phenomenal. Special mention to Charmaine our waitress at Heirloom Restaurant, her attention to detail and passion for her craft made our evening very special.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in Feb. 2025.  The location is ideal for chilling out while overlooking the Marina or strolling the VA Wharf and waterfront area. Dining and shopping choices abound.  We never felt insecure.  This is a high-end establishment and the staff gets it. They deliver a high-end experience, and they were a delight to deal with. We were greeted warmly at every turn.  This is a must stay for us and family on a return trip visit.

From the moment you step foot in the Cape Grace, you are received with sincere smiles and sophistication.  The hotel is newly refurbished so everything is in top condition.  The staff are welcoming and unpretentious.  The views are second to none (Table Mountain!) and various fantastic food offerings on your doorstep, including an "in house" whiskey bar, Bascule.  The gorgeous penthouse suite offers a jacuzzi and spacious patio to enjoy the complimentary bubbly and ordering room service is friendly and prompt.  I could easily stay here for weeks! Booked a high tea for my parents here to celebrate their anniversary, and the Cape Grace staff went absolutely above and beyond. From booking and organising to the actual experience the service was amazing. My parents were absolutely spoilt and looked after, thank you!
