By far the best vacation we've ever been on and probably ever will (that is until we come back!). The resort is stunningly beautiful and words do not do it justice.  Phenomenal.  The staff is wonderful and goes the extra mile to make you feel special.  The resort is not crowded and feels like a true getaway.  It was worth the 28 hours of travel to get here -- highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us. From the airport transfer to the seaplane terminal was the staff were excellent.

Itha, the underwater restaurant was an amazing experience. The glass bottom boat and the dolphin cruise was an exhilarating experience. The crystal clear water and the white sandy beach were fantastic.

Watching the Manta Ray, Sharks and other marine fishes on the bridge at night became a daily ritual for us.

You must experience this place at least once in your lifetime.

Conrad Maldives Rangali is a beautiful retreat. The staff are exceptional. The food was wonderful. The breakfast buffet and happy hour was included in our stay as we were Diamond status. We had dinner reservations for Mandhoo, Rangali Bar, Sunset Grill and Ithaa. All exceptional and expensive but its what you do. We made many wonderful friends.

A majestically pair of islands in the Maldives that provides breathtaking tranquility. I visited the property for 4 nights and was starstruck.

The resort is located about 35 minutes by seaplane from MALE international airport. The seaplane cost $675. Upon landing, you are ushered into a cooled room where a personal attendant will help you get situated and take you check in.

I stayed in the sunrise overwater villa which was absolutely fantastic. The hotel does offer room upgrades which are upwards of $150 per night plus 26% in taxes. Each villa has a Nespresso machine and Rangali branded water bottles. There’s also a nice dipping pool and a small deck that offers exceptional privacy and comfort. If you’re daring, there’s a short staircase that takes you directly to the ocean.

The property offers a variety of free activities mainly snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. While snorkeling I was able to see stingrays, sharks, and a variety of coral reefs. The water in the Maldives is a special type of blue that beats Hawaii, Bali, and Cabo for my favorite in the world.

Finding food on the property can be pricey. Complimentary breakfast is simply amazing and dinners can easily run you $140 per night for 2.  Some spots require advance reservations but overall food was delicious. The staff was welcoming and really made this a special visit. While this was my first time in the Maldives, it certainly won’t be the last.

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and we could not have chosen a better place. The food was fresh and outstanding, the staff was friendly, responsive, and caring and the views were stunning. Faisal was our concierge for our stay and he was delightfully helpful every turn. He made sure we got every bit of enjoyment out of our stay down to extending our checkout time to accommodate our late flight. The level of detail and genuine care about our happiness from every staff member was outstanding. Truly happy to have been able to experience such a fantastic place and have such a wonderful time. A very special thanks to our room keeper as well for the lovely decorations on our last night to put a perfect end to the honeymoon.

Mandhoo restaurant has some amazingly fresh food if you’re in need of some rejuvenation. The happy hour at Vilu was a highlight of our trip getting the chance to talk with the servers and have a few free cold ones. The Rangali bar staff also took great care of us but none better than Kosi and the rest of the breakfast crew at Atoll Market.

The whale shark talk and snorkel was an aggressive hunt to enjoy the company of a 15 ft long whale shark which we successfully saw. The boat crew led by marine biologist Jess took great care of me when I got a bit seasick. It was all worth it when they found the whale shark for the first time in over a week and we had a great swim with it.

We loved our sunrise overwater villa and did not get a room upgrade for being diamond but that was the least of our concerns. Just identifying it for those who may come expecting an upgrade.
