Kudos to team of staff at the executive lounge that provided excellent service that made our weekend staycation memorable. Thanks to John, Ambi, Quinn, Ryan for your attentiveness. Overall the club rooms are fine as expected >40 sq ft, but not the newest n trendiest in town as this is a historical building, however the service made the difference.

To all prospective couples considering this venue, for a wedding please be cautious. While the setting may look beautiful at first glance, the staff’s responsiveness has been extremely disappointing. I repeatedly experienced ignored calls and emails, along with incorrect details in our contract. If you do decide to book here, be sure to carefully review every document before signing. Hopefully, management will address these concerns and improve their customer service in the future.

We stayed as a family of 4 for a night. We arrived at about 10am and waited for a room to be ready till about 1.30pm. To be fair, check in was only at 3pm. Appreciated the staff (Christine) at the front desk who tried to call the relevant staff several times just to get our room ready knowing that we had 2 kids who needed to nap. The hotel also provided a free cup of ice cream for the kids along with crayons and an activity book to keep then busy. When we went into the room, the extra bed was promptly sent in. The bathroom was huge by Singapore hotels’ standard with a huge bathtub and a separate shower area and toilet even though this was not a suite. For our toddlers, the ‘seat’ placed in the shower area served as a step stool for them when brushing their teeth at the sink. Loved the in filtration tap which provided a more sustainable water source for our family, otherwise we would have needed to purchase bottled water. What really awed all of us was the Toto Washlet toilet bowl which automatically opens and shuts its cover and it had a warm seat that provided comfort. Had a nice sleep and there were sufficient pillows for our family as well without having to request for any. Complimentary coffee capsules were a saver the next morning. We will definitely be back again.

Neoclassical building from 1928, beautifully restored as a hotel. Staff is great (reservations, front desk, room service). Best infinity pool experience in Singapore in my opinion. Best breakfast buffet I have seen in recent years.

Most mesmerizing hotel steeped in history. The staff especially at the front desk Christine and Yoyo were exceptional. So caring and hospitable had us in our room very quickly and offered us an upgrade also. I would only stay at the Fullerton the location is perfect rooms are clean the staff are friendly and make you feel special. The infinity pool is incredible. All the staff are smiling and welcoming. The art gallery is a must to visit currently displaying Gabriel Wong work which is sublime.
