Almost a 5 Star, don’t get me wrong. The food is superb, delicious and very well executed. The food itself is at least 2 star quality. The service is attentive and exemplary. The one less in the star is the execution, this is a French restaurant and must be executed French style. Once they perfect that it’ll be a minimum 2 star in Seoul and I just can’t walk in.
Dine there whilst you can.
