The hotel is in a good location. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the metro line free of charge every 30 minutes.

The rooms are well appointed, with all necessary amenities. They are also well insulated - or at least we never heard any noise whatsoever coming from anywhere (and I am very noise sensitive). I wish I had the same shower pressure at home :) …

There is a wonderful infinity pool with great views. It is attended and well cared for by the staff! Unfortunately there is no sauna or jacuzzi which would have made it even more perfect, especially the jacuzzi next to the infinity pool would be great.

I had a massage at the spa. It was very professional and well done, a bit more expensive than outside, but the service is also much better and no nonsense!

The hotel has a good and well-appointed gym. Again a sauna or steam room would be a great addition.

The best part of the hotel is probably the staff. They are considerate, helpful and friendly! They are a great asset and try to make guests feel welcome and well attended to. Any issues are immediately resolved. One cannot praise the staff highly enough who really endeavour to make one feel good and are willing to go the extra mile!

Look no further. 3 reasons to stay at this hotel - 1. AMAZING infinity pool; 2. EXCELLENT spa; and 3. Rooftop Bar. I did not find the hotel to be as central to all of the top sights, but the city is big…

The views from the infinity pool are out of this world. Seems to be fake. You have to go in the pool during the day time and night. Doesn’t compare to anything I’ve ever experienced.

2. The Spa was great. This is on the top of my list of the countless Spas that I visited.

3. The rooftop bar was super convenient with great views, but the service sucks.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Every staff member is very respectful and helpful and not expecting anything back. Very grateful for any tip given. The lounge is great during full service hours. You do not have to buy food while there if you so wish. Lounge is open 24 hours with drinks available. The breakfast menu is awesome.

The hotel has many good qualities, and some unforgivable preventable persistent failures.  Let me start with what I like.  The roof top offers a very nice view.  The garden in the middle of the hotel is nice.  Foods are mixed, some very good but some not — averaging out good.  The unforgivable flaw is the smell.  The underground parking space smells like garbage; and this is not just a one-off case, because I come here and have to park here every week for many months.  It’s like the hotel designs for the exhaust ventilation from the bad-smelling parts of the kitchens such as the trash room, the used frying oil disposal, and the rotten wet waste bin all route into the underground parking.  If the hotel management reads this, please investigate and fix the issues structurally.

The good: Hotel is beautiful and new, Concierge is
really helpful and professional

The bad: The service is akin to a turtle trying to run a 100m race in cowboy boots in other words is extremely tiring and forced, I went to the M lounge 4 times and was greeted once Why? It’s free to say hello or good morning, it’s not like there are many people using it..who is training the staff? I just don’t get it, upon check out there is no” thank you for staying with us etc” nothing it’s transactional…again it’s free to say the little things, walking out of the hotel with luggage staff just stares at you without helping with luggage! Why? Are you there to help or just collect a paycheck? The days of hospitality are gone and only available at $1000+ hotels very sad indeed
