Great hotel all round and in the perfect location for anyone visiting Prague. Majority of the main sights are within walking distance of Maximilian, the old town square is right around the corner and the hotel itself is surrounded by some great bars and restaurants.

We really liked the tips on things to see and restaurants to try on the map provided at check-in that, some suggestions were places we probably would have otherwise missed. The complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar that was restocked daily was a nice touch and not something that we were expecting. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and the hairdryer was the best we had in any hotel during our five weeks in Europe.

The bar was also great and added to the atmosphere of the hotel, it was a great stop to have a drink before the end of the night. Antonio on the bar was excellent and made fantastic Negroni's - definitely recommend!

The only negative were that the pillows were extremely soft and we had a hard time getting comfortable. A couple nights into our stay we requested some firmer pillows which were much better.

Location - One of the best within attractions and near to bridge to new town. Not far from Prague main train station.

Concierge Service - Staffs are born with smiles on their face, very responsive, friendly and courteous. Very well mannered and put customer first.

Hygiene - No compromise down to every detail such as quality shampoo, shower items. Clean bed sheets, wall and floors and utensils.

Breakfast included - Excellenté, can’t get any better when they serve fresh cooked eggs to your choice, brewed coffees and comes with lots of food options to fill you for half a day.

Rooms are on the small side but it’s designed to almost perfection that fits nicely depends on no. of guest. We requested a free cot too that was set up nicely for our 3 year old and ready when we checked in.

Price is slightly on the high side but I won’t pay any lesser for the quality of this hotel experience. Nil complaints and truly enjoying the experience and service. Top notch!

Hotel is placed at an excellent location for tourists. All famous and interesting places are on a walking distance. Rooms are clean, spacious, bed is perfect for your rest. Staff is efficient, polite,professional at your disposal at any time. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Private parking is great feature of this hotel, just be careful the entrance is a bit narrow.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Service at the highest level. Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the town hall and the center. We got married in Prague and they even gave us a pleasant surprise; we came to the room, and there was champagne and petals with congratulations. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Excellent hotel and excellent service.

I am a wheelchair traveller. The hotel arranged a wheelchair accessible room which is excellent. Front line service staff at reception are excellent too, especially the gentleman Angelou who attended and helped me to fix my wheelchair, screw of which came off after a day of excursion on the rough cobblestone streets.

Highly recommendable hotel with great location, excellent breakfast and service.
