This was our second visit to this hotel! The shining star is the staff here. They are always helpful and they go out of their way to make your visit special! The entire team at breakfast from hostess to the servers are incredible! Rooms are clean, albeit bit small but thats Paris for you. Its art deco style so they tend to be a little dark but can use more lights/better brighter lamps. Also not enough drinking water is provided in the rooms as bottles too small. Other than that, no issues. All around great location and staff! Highly recommend!

Wow - what a stunning hotel in a perfect location.  My wife and I enjoyed a week here over new years eve and the hotel is stunning, the rooms are lovely, very comfy beds, the decor is a sight to see and the restaurants/bars are top notch.

It's all a 5 min walk to the river, 10 to the eiffel tower, and 5 to the metro- all of which served us super well.  We did walk a ton but the location was great!  Even better for shopping, which we did some, too

Our room was a bit noisy, so you may want to ask for a quiet room if you, like me, are a light sleeper.

The concierge's are amongst the best I've ever worked with.  They were friendly, helpful, and really bailed me out for new years eve when our plans couldn't work, due to the metro being closed.

Highly recommend!

Our stay at the PdG was nothing but amazing. The staff goes above and beyond in making their guests feel special. The breakfast was gourmet and our room looked onto the courtyard and was very well appointed. The front desk recognized our Marriott status and even walked us to our room. One of the best experiences anyone could ask for!!

We usually stayed at Vendome, but I loved this location a lot more.
Hotel room was big compared to other luxury hotels in Europe and service was amazing.
Housekeeping service was exceptional!!!

We requested few accommodation and they went above and beyond. Thank you!!
I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Only one minor suggestion: As we are packing our luggage, they knocked on our door and asked us whether we need a housekeeping... we were running late for the airport...and I was thinking, I wish they would've been notified our departure. Then, as we were about grabbing an elevator, same housekeepers asked us something in French....I thought they were asking us to take a different elevator? Soon, I realized they were asking a same question whether they could go into our room for housekeeping service.. Since we don't understand French(wish we do!), it was bit stressful since we were running late.

I think this is such an easy fix. Have they known that we were about to leave, I think they would've waited til we check out. Normally, that's how other hotels do...

We love this hotel so much we can't wait to come back!

I couldn’t say enough about how spectacular this stay was so I’ll keep it short. Amazing hospitable staff that was truly happy to be there. Everyone was more than willing to help and go out of their way to do so.

Go for you next anniversary or birthday because it was incredible.
