About one and half year ago I bought knot earrings at Céline, within a year I noticed that closure details became loose and once one of the earrings fell off, so I went to store to fix it. I was waiting for two months and finally received an email that I can pick it up. Came to the shop, the store lady brought the earrings and I realised that nothing has changed. The closure details are still loose. They called store manager who said that before they can offer any solution, they will need to send it to atelier again and wait for their feedback, what for? It just came from there, Karl! Anyhow, I left. No more Céline, they are simply incompetent.

Rodney was very helpful and patient as I was super indecisive! I did not feel rushed at all and was able to try on every piece and even put my things in each bag to see how everything would fit. He offered great insights and knowledge about each piece and had extensive backgrounds on each collection. Really enjoyed my shopping experience here. I absolutely loved everything I purchased and he was instrumental in that. Highly recommend this store and Rodney.

When I enquired whether the items I wanted were available, I was told that they were sold out throughout Europe. I checked the CELINE online page myself and was able to order the items I wanted. I had the feeling that they wanted to get rid of me from the store. I lost the desire to buy anything at all from this brand. I prefer to switch to the competition.
