We have been to the hotel a few times and also had our welcome drink at this hotel the day before our wedding last year.

This year we visited the hotel again with our baby. The hotel actively contacted us and asked us if we wanted a baby bed. What a great service! The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good, old town is very easy to reach on foot. The view from the Sky Bar is fantastic!

The breakfast buffet offers a large selection and is very tasty. The pool area is nice and clean.

We will be back again :-)

Lovely hotel. Great location, but very noisy and a misleading description of the view.

Great local on the edge of the old town and close enough to the marina, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars, and plenty of shops.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Our deluxe room was a good size, midern, clean and comfortable.

The big issues are noise and the view.

It's hard to be in a great location in the heart of everything, and be in a quiet spot at the same time, so this isn't the hotel's fault, but equally it's not something they're likely to mention - the location is almost at the crossroads of two main roads and several sets of traffic lights, and if your room is at the front of the hotel, the traffic noise is constant. Sitting out on the balcony is unbearable.

The second issue is the way the view is 'sold'. We had a deluxe premium view room on the 6th floor - so called because of the view of the marina and sea. Except it's completely misleading. The view of the marina and sea is to one side and can really only be seen when you're standing by the window or on the balcony. Otherwise, the view is of the road and buildings, and from the bed, the view is of the main road junction and traffic lights.

Why on earth the room design allows the bed to be positioned the opposite way from the view of the marina - in a room that is sold as and charged for as a 'premium view' - is beyond my comprehension.

We very much enjoyed our stay overall, but it was seriously marred by the noise and view. And whilst I appreciate hotels would have no guests if they were brutally honest about the location of main roads or the noise, it doesn't make it any less frustrating when you've paid a premium for something that is, frankly, being misleadingly sold.

I stayed in hotel Saratoga for a week and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Palma, it is 5 min walk to the marina and major touristic areas.

The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds and strong showers.

The staff is very friendly, their breakfast buffet is very diverse and they have some really good restaurants, one on a top floor with beautiful views of Palma and one tapas style in the lobby floor.

We really enjoyed their pool in the rooftop and the restaurant service up there! This hotel also does its best to be an eco friendly hotel.

I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in Palma for 5 nights in October half term. Hotel was very central to all the restaraunts, bars and attractions, which was rally convenient for a short stay. Rooftop pool and bar which is always nice and lovely views across the city. The room was perfectly nice and there was a sauna, gym and outdoor pool, although we didn't really use these given the time of year! Breakfast was pretty good. Cava available to start the day off nicely 😆 We'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Palma De Mallorca.

Leakage entire stay from bathroom ceiling, just above toilet.
This issue should have been reported by housekeeping staff before our arrival or during our stay and rectified (when paying about €400/night). Must pay more attention to details, be more progressive and service minded.

Housekeeping staff forgot its washcloths and forgot to leave fresh towels (used left on floor).

Good location and friendly staff. But can only give two stars.
