Suuuper recommended! I came here to grab a coffee but the atmosphere was so nice so i ended up staying for several hours. I ate dinner with crayfish and two sides. The waiter suggested to drink a white wine that was one of the best wine experiences I’ve ever had. Cherry on top: the location is just perfect 🌊☀️

Bastes is a gem in an already dreamy setting of north Koster island. From fantastic food, to amazing wines, great vibes and energy and the most stunning view... you either can't leave or just want to go back again and again and again because there is always something lovely being offered or a wonderful ambiance onsite. From fresh and home made products for brunch, to yummy dishes for fika, tapas, light lunch or multi dish meals with amazing wine pairing ... and fantastic festive vibes on Friday's .... well Bastes coffee and wine bar is the place to be.. and Mette and her team really give a warm welcoming joyfull touch to it all! A must to visit many times !

Very good breakfast and homemade buns but not kids friendly.

We talked to another couple at the table next to ours, and in the middle of this the owner of the shop comes out and tells us our kid is to noisy. (He was playing with a buoy) fair enough I told the owner that We cannot come back and take our money elsewhere.
