Second time staying here, and again what a lovely welcoming hotel, we call it our little Hidden Gem hotel with beautiful views a beautiful spa, and quite frankly some of the nicest and most accommodating staff we have ever meet. Good food, a warm homely bar to visit, with very friendly staff again. ROBERTO at breakfast is such a lovely man, as are all the staff but we have seen him two years in a row and he made a special effort with us two English. We had a lovely stay  thank you so much.

The hotel is great, with an incredible view of Lake Constance and a wonderful modern spa area which we enjoyed very much. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent with efficient staff and a nice piano player. The only thing we found disappointing was the "historic" room, which was really not up to standard for the price we paid (over 300chf for one night for 2, excl dinner). It was clean, but very old, with shabby wood and gold furnishings. One of the 2 bathroom sinks was blocked and nobody came to fix it. When we complained the hotel owners explained it will be renovated in 2024 which is desperately needed and they made a small gesture to say sorry which we appreciated. Summary: we would come again but only with a modern room...

Amazing. Good Friday Lunch was splendid and amazing. Our Main contact this evening Mr. Stoss (or Stross, I don't remember) was amazing. The waiters did an amazing Job too. I have had only good experiences in the Hotel Bad Horn in all of the over 20 years we come here as a family to have Lunch, Dinner or get a room when our house is full.
