Beautiful hotel very close to the British Museum and Tottenham Court Station. We toured much of London and this location was fantastic. The included breakfast we got was spectacular every morning, the Irish breakfast especially so. The staff were always welcoming and absolutely lovely, and the turn down service was excellent and consistent. The corral room was iconic and definitely worth going to, and was never too crowded to get a seat at the bar right away. Every night we came back to this hotel after a long day of traveling was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay!  Location is perfect. Close to the train station, service exceeded my expectations.   Breakfast was superb.  The team led by Maria was professional and attentive.  The choice of food was abundant.  You can choose buffet or a la carte.
The room was kept clean all day.  Will definitely stay here again.
