The rooms are small, however, they are clean with a nice decor. The courtyard and pool are really cute too. We got an indoor room with no windows, which we didn’t miss at all, it was very quiet. The location is perfect!! Walking distance to everything and everywhere. The service staff are all very helpful, very friendly and very nice. The price is very reasonable for the location and style. We will definitely look to stay here again!

A quaint hotel in the French Quarter, the French Market Inn is worth experiencing.  The rooms are small but well appointed. Each room has a big screen TV, single -cup coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no microwave. The bathroom has a large, glassed-in shower.  Although in the Quarter, the rooms are quiet. The room rates are reasonable (averaging about $170 per day), although parking is expensive (over $40 per day). Considering the quality of the hotel and its location, I would come back.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We did an Expedia package and were pleasantly surprised. This is one the cleanest and best maintained places we’ve ever stayed. Room was perfect- spacious, beautiful with attention to the original architecture, very comfortable bed and quiet considering the area. Also, the recent updates have eliminated any old building odors. It was a wonderful escape for rest breaks and has the prettiest courtyard. Super helpful staff. Extremely convenient to Jackson Square and the riverfront park. We couldn’t be happier!!

So happy I stayed at French Market Inn! From the second I got there I received such friendly service with checking in to the hotel. It is a cute, historic building that is very walkable to a lot of the touristy things nearby. They have a secured door only accessible by guests after 10pm which makes you feel very safe. They will hold your bags after checkout if you have a later flight, and they always greet you with a smile on their faces. Thank you guys so much!! I had a great time.

Best hotel in the French Quarter! Location is perfect - quieter street within walking distance to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the lovely courtyard and was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. Compared to nearby hotel prices, I feel like we got the absolute best deal for our $. Would definitely stay here again!
