The guy at the till on 04 september at 2pm clicked on the card machine saying we require 10% tip and he pushed the button for us not giving us the option to decide how much we wanted to leave (either 10-20-25%)

That was so rude, employees can’t decide how much clients leave for tip, that is just so rude as he seems to do that as we looked as tourists. Besides that the food was good, we got two bbq burgers.

The staffs were so nice, the shack burger was one of the best burger I have ever had in my life. I was very impressed, even it was my brunch of today (a bit hungry). The bun was crispy, the patty well cooked with little bit of smoky flavor, everything was a good combination. Overall, it was beyond my expectations. Thank you for your service

Not as good as it used to be.

This is the only Shake Shack location that serves Shack a Go Dog and it definitely was not the Shack a Go Dog I’ve eaten back in 2008.

They just dumped a quarter cup of regular dill pickle relish instead of sweet pickle relish like they used to appropriately have.

Just as the previous review had stated- the standards really went out the window compared to how they have operated at this location before.

Great spot to sit outside on a cool day and enjoy a late bite. Quality is consistent with their general standards and the staff here was very polite and really works hard.  Be sure to tip if you can and enjoy the lovely views all around.

Came back to the original shop to reminisce the good old original shack burger.

Don’t think it’s as good as I remembered it. A little sad that standards have gone down hill.

Getting a seat in the park a little challenge as there are the office lunch crowds.
