Needed a burger fix but didn't wanna settle for fast food chains. Walked past Kabo Burger, a local burger specialist with a wide variety of burger and snack choices. Let's give it a try!

Grilled Brie Cheese Burger
Not so often to have brie in a burger menu. Oozy and gooey melting brie. The beef patty wasn't too firm nor too fluffy with a nice sear. Soft buns.

Lamb Burger w/ Bacon, Fried Egg & Chipotle Ketchup
+Fried Egg, Onion, Cheese & Beef Patty
Scrumptious combo. Added lots of extra ingredients starting from only $3. Both patties were piping hot. The lamb patty was moist and slightly gamey, which harmonized with the smoky chipotle sauce. Definitely a must-try!

Upgraded to a set menu to include a drink and caesar salad made with fresh and crunchy romaine lettuce and croutons. They also offered rare options like bbq wings, hash brown and deep-fried siu mai.

I recently visited Kabo Burger in Hong Kong and had the most delicious Impossible Meat Burger I've ever tasted. The flavors were incredible and the texture was perfect. The sweet potato fries were equally delightful, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The variety of sauces provided added an extra burst of flavor to the meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.

decent burger for 50 HKD, although the beef tasted like styrofoam and there was too much bread in the burger. The toppings and sauce were solid and they provide extra condiments. 4 stars just for the price!

Surprising great burger under $50, upgrading to set won't cost you too much.
The chicken is really large and juicy, not too greasy by the pinapple slice. It make me want to try the other burgers some time!
They got an handwashing machine too, so don't have to worry about getter hands dirty.

Visited on Wednesday 1130am, easy to find seats... Had the black truffle cheese burger and sweet potato fries. It's just a regular cheeseburger with truffle mayo sauce. Sauce was decent but the burger patty was a let down as it tasted close to a school lunch patty.
