Came around 5 pm and there was no queue. Was quickly seated. You place your orders my marking the paper sheets. The food came out quick and was incredibly delicious. One of the best meals I had in Hong Kong.

They accept all forms of payment including visa, Octopus and cash.

Side note: the big plastic bowl is to wash your dishes and utensils with hot water before eating

I can see why this place is so famous. Although remodeled and do not have carts anymore, the food is still amazing. I got a lot of dishes: Fresh Shrimp Dumplings (Ha Jiao), Rice Noodle Rolls with Fresh Shrimps, Pork and Shrimp Dumplings (Siu Mai), Baked bun with BBQ pork, Pan Fried Turnip Cake, Nice Noodle Rolls with Fresh Shrimp and Steamed Beef Tripe with black pepper. Everything tasted so  so good. The price is also very reasonable here. I wish I had enough time to go back again.

I’ve had Tim Ho Wan in Hawaii and Las Vegas, so I had to swing by the HK branch and compare. I’m not sure if my taste buds were playing tricks on me, but I felt the food here had more flavor. The pork spare ribs and the buns were my favorite, though everything was delicious.

Tried this place for dinner since it came highly recommended for one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong, and we weren't disappointed.
Everything we ordered was very fresh and tasted great.
The ambience is cosy with closely huddled short chairs.
Only drawback was since none of the staff knew English, it was a bit difficult ordering and since our group didn't eat pork and beef, we couldn't try many dishes which was a pity. Would have been nice to have more chicken, egg and veg options.
Otherwise fantastic and would definitely visit again!

It's a franchise dim sum spot for quick meals. I came here because they accept Visa.
Quick service, ookay re-heated food, and nice clean interior.
