A perfect experience (yes, perfect). Graham and his sidekick Albert welcomed us at the bar with perfection, just like the rest of the team. The professionalism they display is incredible and worthy of the highest standards. Thank you x2 because we came back (shout out to Albert and Ramesh).

The service here is our if the world, even for a four seasons property.  The level of observation and graciousness was seriously next level. From noticing that my mum needed a wet towel and magically appearing with one, to sending us off with extra bar snacks cause we asked about where the snacks and who made them. Everything on the service side was effortless and gracious.
Drinks were ok, i felt they could be more balanced. The drinks were well presented and tasted fine, but I felt lacked a little something.

Great location and drinks. The snacks they provide each table were super tasty and they weren’t shy about giving refills.

For whisky/strong lovers, I recommend Ume Old Fashioned and Takara.

Came here for drinks with a friend on a weekday evening. Top-tier service and hospitality! Very friendly staff, even got a lot of bar and food recommendations. They kept replenishing us with snacks and water without even having to ask!

Around 13k JPY/person for 4 rounds of drinks.

Love their Bar… if you are cocktail lover you must try virtu… especially their fig cognac spice. I went here 2 days in a row while i stay at four seasons. The bartender and all of the staff are friendly… looking forward to come back here again
