This was the only place close to sensoji and open at evening serving vegan option.

Chef came to the line we were waiting for and handed over the menu which had vegan options.

Food was good with nice toppings and well marinated carrot as top dressing.

We saw the reviews and came here to have some authentic ramen. There are not a lot of people inside so we didn't wait a line to come in. Ramen is good, we ordered the original and BBQ meat ramen, as well as the dumplings. Simple set up, there are no separate tables on the first floor, the way we sit can see everything in the kitchen. Ramen is good but not exceptional. Service is efficient and quick with simple English communications. During our stay, we only saw local people there. Overall experience is positive. Cash only.

Their ramen is pork and chicken broth based, with a touch of chopped Yuzu on top, and (guaranteed?) double yolk egg. I loved the traditional atmosphere.

Wandering Asakusa on a rainy day, we stumbled upon this ramen restaurant. With no wait, we were seated at the ground floor counter. We ordered dumplings and the special ramen. It was one of the best I've had— the ramen was very good and the yuzu citrus added a unique twist. I also noticed the egg had two yolks, which is the shop's specialty and something you don't see often.

Overall, a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely visit again.

Ramen here is the clear light type of broth, with a hint of yuzu which I found interesting. Their special dish is the double yolk eggs. Good portion, soup was not salty yet flavourful. Very comforting after a long day commuting on the train.
Busy but cozy atmosphere, both local and tourists were seen here. Cash only. Overall satisfied and would recommend it. 8.5/10

Delicious ramen! Service is super kind and fast. This is my second time coming back. Nice to sit upstairs and relax after walking around.

First bowl of hot ramen noodles soup upon arriving Japan in Asakusa, Tokyo, a touristy street for its famous Senso-ji Shrine. 浅草名代らーめん 与ろゐ屋 and only a few restaurants were still in operation post 9 p.m., so we've decided to dine here to avoid the gusty cold wind. We were seated on 2nd floor and English menus were available. Order was quick and simple; we ended up chatting with our chef on where to have delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. *he was right, best reasonably priced breakfast recommendation. *Cash only. Tasted better than average and not as greasy as other we've had; top 5. *Vegetarian option available. Foodie scene reaches beyond the small pop-up shops.

This was a random choice for our lunch after wandering around Asakusa. The greeter at the door was friendly enough and we thought it was worth a try. There was a line, but it was a short one. The only caveat was to order ahead rather than ordering after being seated. There is plenty of time to review the menu while waiting. When they were ready to seat us, we were told to place our order with the person at the front and then we were directed to go upstairs to our seats. Our meals were served quickly after we sat down. The restaurant is small and cramped, but that isn't unusual by Japanese standards. They are known for their soy sauce broth or with a dipping sauce on the side. You can have it with meat, bamboo shoots or hard boiled egg (double yolked) or all of the above. The only non-ramen item on the menu is gyoza and they also offer a salt based broth--the only non-soy sauce based broth. The menu is very limited. We ordered the original ramen, tsukemen ramen (dipping sauce) & gyoza. It doesn't seem like much but there was definitely enough food. I enjoyed the tsukemen style ramen--it was different not to have ramen without broth and my family enjoyed their bowls of ramen. The ramen was cooked perfectly--just the right amount of chewiness and the roasted pork was lean and tender. The gyoza was crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside--it was very tasty. If you are in Asaskusa, I definitely recommend this ramen restaurant.

I'm glad I went on the line. It was worth it. They take your order while you wait on the line . It's a typical small japanese eatery where everyone sits at the noodle bar. Once you're seated, the food gets served piping hot within minutes. The broth is so yummy, I can taste the smoked bonito , and ponzu. The noodles were aldente , lots of bamboo shoots, double egg yolk and 2 PCs of tender chashu.

The ramen here was delicious. The service was ok. There weren't many choices though and had to decide via menu quick or be at the end of the line. Inside, the dining room was very cramped. But the food was great, even though it was limited. I'm sure if we were locals, we'd know how to navigate this place to your likeness better. But definitely try the place in off-peak hours for very delicious ramen!

Restaurant is pretty and clean. Service was super friendly. Food came out fast. My bowl of ramen was super hot and delicious. I'll bring my husband and son when we visit Tokyo next time.

It was a little hard to find, but I'm very glad we found it because it was some of the best ramen I've ever had. The service was quick and the restaurant was so cute. It was a lot of food for such a great price too! Would highly recommend coming here. The classic ramen is so good and such a simple necessity when in Japan!!

Asakusa Ramen Yoroiya is probably the only place where you can find ramen with double yolked eggs in Tokyo ! Eggs with double yolks are considered rare and bring good fortune. They offer traditional ramen with shoyu or shio broth, dipping ramen, and gyoza. Pictured is their dipping ramen and their dipping sauce is very rich and bold. I really like the cha siu here as it's very lean and thick. If you're ever in Asakusa, I would recommend trying their ramen!
