My experience at Mingles fell a bit short of the high expectations set by its reputation. The food was certainly good, beautifully plated and highly creative on paper, but lacked the distinctiveness and surprise I had hoped for in its flavors. I found some courses to be quite bland. Loved the Hanwoo dish and the desserts. Service was professional and attentive, but the ambiance of the restaurant felt impersonal. I was surprised to be charged for still water, which isn't common practice in Korea. Overall, I wasn't as impressed as I usually am with other restaurants of this level.

Food and service was outstanding from start till the end. After the 2nd dish, I thought to myself, I can understand why it is the Top 50 restaurants in the world. I have dined at many Michelin star restaurants and Mingles is definitely well deserving of the Michelin 🌟 🌟. Highly recommended and will definitely dine there again the next time I am in Seoul

Simply the best. Often been to Mosu, Alla Prima, Joo Ok, Itanic Garden, Sosul Hannam, and other Michelin starred restaurants in Seoul. While every single one of them was an unforgettable experience, my personal favorite is Mingles. The sophisticated flavors, texture, and taste was by far the best. Staff are attentive and professional, creating an atmosphere where you feel comfortable; a gentle smile as they speak, softness in their voice, and the care that they give. Interior design gives off simple yet cozy and modern vibe with a touch of traditional Korean architecture. 5 out of 5 on all fronts - expect it to receive a 3 star soon. Must visit if you’re in town; make sure to make a reservation a month in advance.

Absolutely exceptional experience. The dishes were all out of this world, the wine paring was spot on, the service was impeccable, and the price very reasonable for what you get. So far my favorite Michelin starred restaurant.

One of my favorite fine dinning restaurants in Seoul. This one probably my most favorite. Korean ingredients into very modern dishes. Always hard to book. Please make a reservation before you start to plan to travel to Seoul.
