Francais:
Très bel hôtel bien équipé avec restaurant à l'est de Gresse-en-Vercors. Salle blanche avec des installations techniques qui fonctionnent toutes. Une lumière défectueuse dans la salle de bains a été récupérée et réparée en une demi-journée. Ma chambre avait une très grande douche agréable. La cuisine du restaurant était française créative et très savoureuse. Pour le petit déjeuner, il fallait changer le bâtiment. Une riche sélection ne laisse rien à désirer. Le cacao était malheureusement de qualité inférieure, on ne l'obtient qu'avec du lait en poudre et de l'eau mélangée et beaucoup trop fortement de l'automate. Mais la disponibilité du lait froid a permis une nette amélioration. Le beurre n'était disponible qu'en petites portions. Ici, on pourrait aussi proposer des petites pièces ouvertes pour éviter les déchets d'emballage.

Very nice, well equipped hotel with restaurant on the eastern edge of Gresse-en-Vercors. Clean room with technical installations that all work. A faulty light in the bathroom was reclaimed and repaired within half a day. My room had a very large, pleasant shower. The food in the restaurant was French creative and very tasty. For breakfast you had to change the building. A rich selection left nothing to be desired. The cocoa was unfortunately of inferior quality, one gets it only with milk powder and water mixed and much too strong from the automat. But the availability of cold milk made a clear improvement possible. The butter was only available in small portion packs. Here one could also offer open small pieces to avoid packaging waste.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit dazu gehörendem Restaurant am östlichen Rand von Gresse-en-Vercors. Sauberes Zimmer mit technischen Installationen, die alle funktionieren. Ein defektes Licht im Bad wurde reklamiert und innerhalb eines halben Tages repariert. Mein Zimmer verfügte über eine sehr große angenehme Dusche. Das Essen im Restaurant war französisch kreativ und sehr lecker. Für das Frühstück mußte man das Gebäude wechseln. Eine reichhaltige Auswahl ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Der Kakao war leider von minderer Qualität, man bekommt ihn nur mit Milchpulver und Wasser angemacht und viel zu stark aus dem Automaten. Aber bereitstehende kalte Milch ermöglichte eine deutliche Verbesserung. Die Butter gab es nur in kleinen Portionspackungen. Hier könnte man auch offene kleine Stücke anbieten, um Verpackungsmüll zu vermeiden.

Hello, le Chalet Prayer! Of course we all thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend chez vous!   For the third time, at least, I believe. And I truly hope we may enjoy being with you again some day with our Geneva Walking Group. But as you know, our members (myself included) are becoming older and more feeble. And our marvellous leaders, Coralie and Peter Hesse, try and give us a different Alpine adventure each June. This time we will be at Kandersteg. Who knows.
