Short changed on the portions, soup came with half bowl, the chicken curry had no curry and again was only quarter full, the rice bowl was half full. Staff was not polite and arrogant. Avoid at all costs.

The food is generally very good. However, we ordered the banana leaf see bass, the texture of the meat was mushi which indicates not fresh. Other dishes like dim sum and carry chicken were well prepared.
The atmosphere is very classic, and the service was very welcoming.

The french lady who seems to be the manager was rude to us the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant. She was acting as if she was paying for us! We did not like her attitude at all and I don’t accept the way she was acting. I gave 2 stars for the food and the waiter who served us he was a very nice french guy. Again, you have a nice restaurant but the attitude of the staff is crucial! She did not even bring me my jacket shouting “I only have two hands”. At least be polite.

I don’t usually write reviews but what happened should be mentioned!

That old freaking woman is VERY rude! Once we entered the restaurant she insisted that we take off our jackets in a weird bad and impolite way!!

It was our first time but the last as well! i would never recommend it to anyone.

I don’t often write reviews but thought this was important …

Walked into a beautiful restaurant to be greeted by a harsh French lady (owner) demanding I take off my crop cardigan which was part of my outfit but yet told “no, it’s a jacket so you need to take it off”. Fortunately I had an additional layer so wasn’t left exposed!

The food arrived, my goodness the portion sizes were enough to feed a two year old !! The soup was cold and only half full, the curry the same and generally all the dishes were super small in size ! When I asked if we could order more since the children were still hungry, I was told “it will take 20 minutes” Sadly it’s not what one wants to hear when you have 4 screaming, hungry children !

In a nutshell, lovely setting, extremely expensive for very small portions. We eat in most of the popular/expensive restaurants and have never experienced this before. We won’t return since the staff were unhelpful and rude.

My advise is to go elsewhere as there are many more beautiful restaurants to choose from with bigger portion sizes !
