This is the best restaurant in Tignes hands down.
The food taste and quality was unbelievable.
We took a starter of Scallops which had a Jerusalem Artichoke puree in a shell and the scallops were grilled perfectly in a wood oven.
Then for the main course we took the barbecue pork ribs and lamb which came with a mashed potato and special lettuce salad which were all just perfect.
For the dessert we took the ice cream with Alcohol. The alcohol was not for us at the end, as well as the raspberry ice cream, but the vanilla one was 10/10 with real vanilla beans and made in-house.
The winery selection is huge and you can consult with a patient waitress about winery pairing. We let her choose us a wine and it was great.
Service in general is above and beyond in this restaurant.
We left the restaurant at its closing and skied down almost alone all the way to Val Claret on a well maintained wide red slope. The restaurant can be visited also without skiing at all through the Glacier train lift.
Be sure to book a table in advanced because the restaurant is usually full.
This is a must try for anyone who visit Tignes.

We came up for the dinner service and what an experience! While you do have to take the train up, you can ski down which is pretty cool. We had some pate sandwiches to start and a salmon cracker as well as a soup. While the sandwiches and soup were somewhat disappointing, the pork definitely was not. It was probably the best pork I’ve ever had in my life. The salmon starter was also quite nice. Desert featured a serve yourself bar and the marshmallows and peanut puff were the standouts.

Great view but very understaffed, the poor chefs were working so hard while staff on their day off kept pushing in a cue already 40min long to order to get beers. Very unprofessional .

Only one girl taking orders, she was calm but overwhelmed. No help in back of house for clearing tables  or serving and then another 30min wait for food that was cold on arrival, chips were mostly black and the steak hache was not seasoned. I dont put this blame on the chefs in full but the managements decision to massively understaff a busy restaurant.

We ate it as we were very hungry but again another example of Maison Bouvier clear business model of profit over everything, no care for customers and the only reason they get away with it because of the views. Otherwise many more would complain. Whole company needs a drastic change of management for summer.

A surprising restaurant above clouds, located at... 3.000 m. With a exquisite cuisine based mainly on beef, Le Panoramique is the right place to fulfill a ski day. Reachable both on ski or boots, you will be welcomed with a pear of foozy sleepers only for your comfort. Many thanks for the personnel, kind, helpful, fast, marking the dinner very pleasant. Special thanks to our lovely waitress from Normandy :-) pay attention: no parking place available (joke)! :-)))

Restaurant like no other !
At 3300 meter altitude sitting on the Glacier in Tignes this is welcome break spot for both skiers and walkers exploring the heights at Tignes!
you will need a walking pass or a ski pass to here on the short altitude experience funicular train .
