The Blue Flamingo is an absolute culinary delight. Everything from the service, atmosphere, and most importantly the food is top class. I appreciate the attention to detail and the kindness that our waiter had throughout the entire night and left here with not only a full, satisfied stomach but fullness in my heart.

Lovely floating restaurant near Strasbourg city center. We arrived without a proper reservation, but the waitress kindly arranged an additional table for us. The whole experience has been outstanding. The service was attentive and classy. The restaurant offers a selection of delicious cocktails that is a pleasure to enjoy while looking at the sunset from the glass wall. The dinner starts with a pleasant amouse Bouche composed of red cabbage salad and coriander. We tried the Asperges blanches d’Alsace and Croq’agneau as starters, the Raviolis de champignons & poireaux and the Abanico ibérique as main dishes and a selection of desserts. All the dishes were perfectly balanced, taste and texture wise.  We found a creative and fresh cuisine that we absolutely recommend. Group-friendly, dog-friendly and the price matches very well with the quality of the experience. We paid 62 euros each. Five full stars!

The cocktails were amazing. The food was amazing. The food combinations were creative and surprising, but so very delicious. The atmosphere is so nice. The service is impeccable. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It is an absolute treasure.
