We had an absolutely delicious 4 course meal here, the host Hervé was amazing and so attentive while the food was incredible - every course was 5* credit to Laurence the chef. We would love to come back if we visit Flayosc and would definitely recommend. Amazing.

As promised in 2022 (see below) we returned to Le Cigalon

The first evening we had an excellent surprise menu where we were only told after the dish what we were served. Very special and made us better taste and try to find out the different ingredients.
The chef recommended an excellent wine.

As we were returning the week after, we asked the chef how frequently he changed the menu. He said he would change the menu for us.
So the week after we were there again and indeed a completely changed menu :-) and a good wine recommendation again.

The food was so good, that we decided to return 2 days later and then go for the fixed 5 course menu. Once again, very good

Upon our next visit to Flayosc, we will certainly return

The restaurant was recommended by the owners from Sel Blue.

We went for the surprise menu and this was just wonderful, better than our last dinner in a 1 star Michelin restaurant. The food was delicious, the quality and diversity great and presentation excellent. The service was top. Very nice recommendation of wine.

Food came at high speed, but we were still the last ones to leave the restaurant. Next time we will go 1 hour earlier and ask for slow service.

One minus point is the decoration, or lack of it. Of course we had diner outside, so not easy to decorate outside walls :-)

Price quality : TOP

Next holidays we will be back and will try the 2 menus on 2 different days. We are already looking forward to it.

Hidden gem! The dishes are so tasty, and the staff is lovely. Bonus point if you are a vegetarian, they did accompdate the menu (inform them during reservation!) and it was delicious

Absolutely loved this place run by a sweet couple: the food was magnificent but inexpensive, down-to-earth yet sophisticated and incredibly varied. We also enjoyed the cozy seating on a quiet terrace. Two thumbs up!

The restaurant has a nice back area and serves a few good dishes. My lamb was very good. Unfortunately they do not live up to the expected standard when it comes to the serving staff. The lady of the house is nice and welcoming, but can only do so much in the big picture. The chef himself is the only one who speaks a bit of English and this complicates the ordering of you're not French speaking. All in all a 3 star experience.
