Great place with good location.
Everything was very clean and well maintained. For an extra charge you can rent a car park for your stay. If your car is too big, there is no way to park it, but there is a paid car park near one metro station.
There is a subway nearby to the hotel, with which you can reach the central hour of the city and all the sights in 15 minutes. There is also another type of transport, many shops and restaurants. If we visit Athens again, we would come back here again.

We stayed here for a week. The room since arrival was NOT clean. Room service mainly includes changing towels (which are rough) and just dusting the bed (not changing the linens) Floors were never swept, there was a lot of dust. The location is in the center. Uber finds it easily and is a relatively close distance to various parts of the city. The landlord is helpful and replies quite quickly. It is convenient with fast check in.

There is no reception in the building but the emails are clear about the check-in procedure and you receive the building code and apartment code by email on the day of your arrival.

I found the staff - especially manager Miltiadis - very responsive. I received email responses quickly and never needed to followup or make a phone call.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the temperature was already quite cool when we arrived which was nice after being out in the heat. The area is quiet and safe. You need to head to the Neos Kosmos metro to get most places but I knew that before booking and I'm sure it is one of the reasons these apartments are so affordable.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Lux&Easy.

Pros:

• When you go up from the street, there's a hill nearby where you can see almost all the Athens from.

• Gym is ok for a quick pump.

• Temperature control in rooms is great. The balconies are nice.

• Bunch of coffee places, restaurants and shops nearby

Cons:

• Would like an access to a waching machine.

• Kitchen would like some better appliences but that's nitpicking.
