IF YOU ARE ETHNIC BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, THEY ARE RACIST! My family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) decided to stop for a drink. We decide on 4 espressos and the waiter said we had to order a drink for every person as there were 7 of us but naturally children don’t drink espresso. The waiter said it was fine and took our order. I went to the branch across the street where they sell their famous pastries and the staff were so lovely there, I brought back my sealed pastries to this store and was immediately told I’m not allowed to eat it there since I only ordered 4 drinks instead of 7 despite it being the same store branch. This waitress was being racist in Italian and rolling her eyes - I ignored her and left. Don’t dine here, the staff are RACIST AND RUDE!

I love desserts and eat them everywhere I travel, and honestly this place had the best desert I ever tasted. Chocolate hazelnut  cake was just sublime,  as were the other 3 different pastries my family ordered. Don't miss.

This cafe is located on the square in Amalfi and as such, is situated for excellent people viewing.  It also charges accordingly.
The pastries are excellent, with my favorite being the lemon cake.  They will package for take away.  Nice place for a break in Amalfi.

Too many tourists but  l could take a coffee with air conditioner in summer so l loved😆 you can see every tourist eats lemon cake!
