I feel terrible because I have been meaning to do this review for a while. My husband and I visited Italy in October 2024 prior to a cruise and this restaurant was the highlight of the trip. We made reservations for our first night in the country and I don't know how we got so lucky. They had amazing food, wine, and service. I cannot thank the chef enough for giving us a 5 star experience. The waitstaff was just as amazing. This is Italy. When you think of Italian food and hospitality this is what you are envisioning. I felt at home although we were clearly from the US. They made us feel like VIP, we literally lost count of how many courses we had and made the very American mistake of eating too much (delicious) bread early on! This place will always hold a special place in my heart. I long for the next time I get to visit. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

What an unexpected surprise! Wandered in this place after bypassing many long lines at other restaurants on a Sunday afternoon. Fabulous multi course meal with several unexpected treats. All wonderfully presented in addition to our requested courses. Good wine selection and comforting atmosphere. Still a top experience in our world travels..

A memorable meal before flying out in the morning! Flew in at night from Sardinia and stayed last minute nearby at Seccy Hotel. What a surprise to find a whole riverfront of seafood restaurants two blocks away. We chose this restaurant as the first we came upon. What dumb luck—it was truly phenomenal meal. Tuna ceviche with basil gelato and crispy somethings? Mind-blowing.  We almost stayed in some chain hotel near the airport. Now I know the town of Fuimincino is a major seafood port that locals go to for the freshest seafood anywhere. Next time I come to Rome, I will do whatever it takes to come back to this restaurant. And what warm, professional staff. Thank you, Chef!

A delightful surprise. I walked in knowing nothing about this restaurant and ate my favorite meal in Italy! It started with the chef asking me if I had any food allergies, had delicious and unique appetizers and bread, amazing pasta puttanesca, punctuated with a meringue dessert that was out of this world! This is a hidden gem that will be discovered and raved about.  Try it if you love seafood.  Impeccable service and delicious and unique food. A culinary delight.
