Spectacular room, guests services and amenities. The location is perfect on the river for old town, new town and Gros. It is a very quick and easy walk if you are planning for time on the beach as well. I walked with a chair and bag and was at beach in 5 minutes. I would choose this property again over a property just to be directly on the beach. The rooms were very spacious. We were surprised at the prices in the hotel bar (1 drink 24 euros) compared to the 5 star restaurants we enjoyed. But it does not change the amount of stars I give this hotel.

We are staying at the hotel on a business trip. The hotel is beyond espectacular and the staff is amazing 🤩 Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!!! We also ate at the bar. Alejandro gave us a great service! He is the best. The food was great. We highly recommend it. My husband ate the shrimp ravioli with sea urchin sauce. I ate spaghetti bolognese. Both were delicious 🤤

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The surprises they had prepared for my birthday were truly thoughtful and added a magical touch to our trip. The luxurious rooms, impeccable service, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect stay in San Sebastián. Five stars all the way!

What a great place to stay. Thanks to all the staff who helped make our time here memorable. The servers who worked breakfast, those in the bar during the evening, and the concierge all added to a great experience. Thanks again.

I really like the hotel and enjoy everything except that there was no toilet amenity and when we asked for it, staff came to bring us… but quite stingy… 2 ladies for 1 tooth paste. Common, the rate is over 1000 Euro a night … it is not cheap guest house. (The hotel even charge nearly 50 Euro for parking, so you understand what I mean and I am Bonvoy member).

Beside that incident, I like everything and thank to the hotel manager.
