Everything was top notch.  Wonderful food beautifully served accompanied by excellent wine or interesting non alcoholic juice options.  We got the 7 course set menu which was many more as there were 3 pre course dishes and two dessert dishes.  Chefs brought the dishes to the table and told us about each one.  The edible butterflies and Swiss Wagu beef were standouts.  Perfect evening.

Dress was fancy casual.  It is in the lower level of the building and design is minimalistic.  Focus on the excellent food, not decor.

Absolutely stunning. This restaurant deserves all of the praise it gets and more. The staff are truly the part that sets the experience above the rest. Please do yourself a favor and enjoy this experience.

This experience was incredible I actually went back in August right after they reopened after their summer break the same day actually.

Even with it being their first day back the service was amazing and the food was once in a life time.

I highly recommend you make this a stop on your trip! We had such a good time I forgot to leave a review haha. They’re worth it!

From the moment we entered the restaurant and up until we ended our evening, we were nothing but blown away by the warm hospitality, the delicious and creative dishes, the knowledge of the elmira team and their sincere quest in embracing sustainability and local/niche producers. Top 3 restaurants we ever went to, that’s for sure. Looking forward to the next experience already.

It was just amazing. The art of food. The atmosphere was like home. Well educated waiter. With this restaurant, you will immerse yourself in all the taste sensations of your receptors and enjoy the smell as well. All the employees are experienced in what they do, cheerful, friendly and really sincere. We will definitely come back again.
