What an incredible new hotel! For anyone interested in exploring the Historic Center of CDMX, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s only 1/2 a block from the unmissable Palacio de Bellas Artes. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the available amenities (rooftop terrace, library with complimentary drinks, and gym) were top notch. Beautiful bedroom with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a grand ceiling. Breakfast is also included for free (along with everything in the minibar). 5/5 stars and I can’t wait to visit again!

We booked this hotel some weeks ago and since our trip is close we called to make sure everything was in order, oh surprise it wasn’t. They said our reservation was cancelled because they still don’t have a permit to host (???) but we were never notified! Even when a few days ago we called asking about transportation, they never said anything about the cancellation. Now we have to book something else in a rush!

Family vacation in Mexico City and we had a great time. We really enjoyed our stay at this new hotel, my kids sure enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect!

Muy bonito el hotel, mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos ahí, del 5 al 8 de marzo qué es hoy, y ya estamos saliendo, lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, porque, nos gustó muchísimo. La habitación estába muy bonita y muy limpia.
Todo está muy cerca, tiendas de ropa, restaurantes y puestos de comida, farmacias y muchas otras cosas.
Nos encantó que pudimos pasear por las calles de alrededor tranquilamente aún de noche.
Y, algo que no puedo pasar por alto, fue el servicio del  personal del hotel, nos brindaron una atención excelente. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.
100% recomendable de nuestra parte.
