Huge pizzas at a fair price. Simple ordering with only Medium or Large sizes. Takeout only (03/13/23) with no fees online.

Food: I ordered the "All Meat Pizza" and "Colosseum Pizza" both were very good and well salted. The pizzas are much larger in size compared to other pizza spots I have been to.

Overall, I'll come back to try some of their other specialty pizzas. Their flavors were on point!

So far the best cheese pizza in the BayArea in my opinion. Been checking out New York style pizza around the Bay Area and this was so really good. I always ask to have my pizza well done and did they deliver. Was able to wait for my pie next to the bar and the bartender let me eat inside as well. Other bar patrons was eating pizza inside the bar as well.  It is a nice pizza parlor and having a bar next door is a plus. Thank you Colosseum Pizza!

I came here after hearing that it was good, and was impressed with the 2 slices of supreme that I got. The vegetables were fresh, the sauce was good, and the cheese was all melty and gooey. My main problem is the price per slice, which was $8. $16 for 2 slices of pizza, even if they are big, is just too much to pay. Even $30 for a full pizza, while better, is really above and beyond what a normal new york style pizza should cost. While I gave the food 5 stars, I do have to ding them a point for the pricing. I would still recommend, but would suggest getting a whole pizza if anything.

Went for the first time. Looked online listed store as open. Called no answer so we drove all the way there from willow glen and it was closed. We were very unhappy  we wasted our time. Then had to search for another place to eat. Probably will not go again. If you can list your correct hours on the website and not at least have a message when calling. I can imagine how good their service would have been.

The pizzas taste okay, and it’s a great find in the middle of nowhere. However, with a bit of improvement in the atmosphere, it could become a real treasure. Worth stopping by for a delicious slice! Hoping for better improvements in the future.

This is an amazing NY pizza place in a small strip mall. It's nit a huge place and has some limited seating. Pizza places in thus area that have traditional said they have NY pizza have never actually been NY style. Not even close but colostrum delivers A great NY pizza.place

I've been coming here for a few years. Same order I always get, costs $10 more under the new ownership. After I let new owner that $46 was ridiculous for a large pizza, she gave me a $3 discount. You can also taste and see the difference in the pizza. Good thing the Fast Express Pizza spot is just down the street.

Sept 29, 2025. This place has apparently been sold several months back. I had bought the calzone, stromboli and cheese pizza several times. #1Cheese pizza seems the same. Which is good cause I like their pizza #2 The stromboli and calzone has liquid leaking out *most* of the times I ordered. #3 stromboli size has generally been a bit smaller (8 inch) except my last order had the usual size (Around 12 inches - see my photo). Coincidentally, I saw the former owner (old italian man) there that day helping to make the food. Maybe they are getting another round of training? Either way, it was a welcome sight to see an old familiar face....even though he probably doesn't know who the hell I am. Oh one other rant....they were nearly one 1hr late in making my Uber eats ordered. My order wasn't printed and they had to look it up. Just told me it going to take 10 minutes more but ended up taking a bit longer. I saw them literally make later it after I asked about it twice about it. Either way, keeping my orginal rating as is for now... which probably seems pretty bizarre to someone reading this update... but Next order will decide whether I drop a star but rooting for them to bring back the quality from the old itialian man days....

A bona fide spot for well-seasoned eats! Garlic knots ($11): chewy, slightly crispy with extra garlic and butter, 5/5 stars. Garlic fries ($9): simple but perfect. Crispy and garlic salted fries that is covered with fresh sautéed garlic. You must get this, 5/5 stars! Large pizza pie - half "combo" and "all meat" ($38): the pizza was borderline overly salty with all of the generous toppings combined with the pizza sauce, but better than a bland pizza. I've drizzled ranch as I generally do on pizza and it helped in balancing the saltiness, 4/5 stars. The service was welcoming, attentive, and efficient. The gentlemen initiated light conversation while delivering our food to our table in a timely manner.

I know that Colosseum pizza has been in Milpitas for quite some time, but I was finally able to try it as it really wasn't a go to pizza spot when I lived here. I ordered a pizza by the slice where I got to choose my toppings I really just was not impressed by the amount of toppings that I didreceive on my one slice of pizza. I wish that they would've put a little bit more sauce and the dough flavor to me just was not great at all. Not sure if I would be returning, but I don't recommend going here for a slice of pizza. Service was friendly just straight to the point and there's plenty of parking.

This is definitely a great spot for pizza that is similar to NY/NJ. Has the same feel as an east coast pizzeria on the inside too, but just keep in mind that if you go in on a hot day, it'll be hotter inside than out. I don't think they have fans or cooling so it was pretty toasty. The staff were very friendly and my pizza slices came out quickly. I have doordash'd pizza from here a couple of times and it's definitely much much better eating it fresh there. The melty cheese is delicious and it's got that drippy oil on it which packs the flavor. Definitely a solid spot to come in for a quick slice!

What type of person doesn't like pizza? A weir-dough. First time here, but definitely not the last! I ordered the combination pizza and it was really good. They had a decent amount of toppings and the crust was yummy. This place hit the spot after a long day at work. The workers were super nice, and it was a bonus that they have a big parking lot super convenient. Can't wait to come back!

My family and I stopped by and tried a slice of pepperoni, two cheese slices, and the chicken wings. Everything was delicious, fresh, and flavorful! I do recommend getting a whole pizza if it's 3 or more people and just add toppings. The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely go again and recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza and good service. You can sit inside or outside which is nice.

I recently started coming here, and since my first time a month ago, I keep going back!! Originally came for slices, they have pizza ready and quickly warm it up. One time they only had cheese slice and added pepperoni since that's what we wanted. Slices can be expensive, two slices and two pops costs $18. I finally grew a brain and got a large half cheese half pepperoni which has 8 large slices for $33, so I recommend doing that. One thing that also made me want to order a full pizza is that the slices aren't evenly cut. One time I got a slice and it was huge another time I got a slice and it was smaller than the first one. Ordering a whole pizza is the way to go! It's a no frills kinda place, seating on the inside, parm & red pepper shakers for you to bring back to your table. Some TVs and a Statue of Liberty to remind you of NY hehe. Overall, I love love love this place!!! I love how thin the crust is, it makes it so easy to eat, I ate up my portion of the cheese half no issue. Just writing this review is making me crave it so bad. Highly recommend this for NY thin pizza! Not doughy and you won't be weighed down after eating it!

I was out doing some house shopping and got really hungry in the process and landed up here! I was craving a yummy delicious snack (which I know pizza might be heavier than that, but this was great!) This spot has been on my list for some time, and since I went at a weird time it was relatively empty and got quick service. The ambiance is pretty casual here, so definitely a good spot for takeout. For food I got: * Pepperoni pizza slice - this was yummy and definitely a well made New York style pizza - I did find it to be a little salty though, and which the crust was a little chewier *Garlic knots - I definitely really wanted this and although it was yummy and had fresh garlic and a nice marinara sauce dip, I do wish it had a little bit more flavor. Overall though it came with multiple pieces and I could tell this was fresh which I appreciated Overall, the food is good and worth trying for takeout if you are in the area!
