Stayed recently for a weekend, enjoyed the experience immensely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby has an array of perfumes to sample and space to sit. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed our time poolside, which was tranquil and relaxing. Isabella took great care of us while we were there, and provided excellent service and suggestions regarding their drink menu. We also enjoyed dining at Salt & the Cellar. Overall the service was tremendous and we will be back.

My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary here. The ambiance of the hotel is really beautiful.

Pros:
- The staff is amazing. Ishmael felt like a family member who was so passionate about the experience and the food. He was personal and showed up quickly to wipe down a mess my husband accidentally made. There’s just something special about that man that I felt in my heart last night. I’m sure a lot of people feel that way dining at this restaurant. He should definitely be doing more than being a busser.
- Angela our server - wow. She has a top tier personality/elegance at the table. She was approachable, kind and able to help us make the best choices on what to eat. She’s the server you request because you received a memorable dining experience. What a wonderful human being. Please send our thank you to these two wonderful individuals.
- The food were all pretty flavorful, well presented and the ambiance of the hotel feels very cozy and intimate. There wasn’t a lot of people at the time since it was a weekday and I loved that.

Cons:
- We were asked about our anniversary but nothing was really done. I’ve been to restaurants that are fine dining that do something special. To each their own, but I would recommend not asking anyone if they’re celebrating anything because it gives off the wrong impression and can knock the experience down a little. Not that we needed anything, but that’s a common assumption. It also makes it awkward for the waiters as well.
- Loved my duck dish but there were a bit of chewable sections I feel should be cut off because you have to swallow it or spit it out and that doesn’t look cute in a fine dining restaurant. I’ve had duck many times and never had this issue, but I ate the dish because it was still a good dish just a minor adjustment needs to be made to make it a fully enjoyable experience.

Overall, an 8.9/10 experience for me

Beautiful hotel, lovely customer service, beds were comfy, and food was delightful. Seriously, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every staff went above and beyond. We ordered the rock shrimp and cucumber salad, it was rocking!! Even the salad! The only sad thing is that the pool closes at dark. With this hotel obviously catering to more adult experiences, it would be better for the pool to stay open and serve drinks and food till much later. But we appreciated that they turned a blind eye to us staying in the pool way after close.  That made our night!

We stayed Friday - Saturday at the hotel. Everything was exceptional. I never have had an experience with this staff at any other hotel. Whenever I found myself with an issue the staff there handled it immediately and completely blew me out of the water. We had a fantastic and personalized experience. We will definitely be coming back and will be excited to stay again. Their restaurant staff as well were perfect. They helped us with celebrating the special occasion practical unprompted. It made our experience ten times better. Not to mention the food blew us away. I can not recommend this hotel more. The room was amazing. The staff were exceptional. The food was the absolute best. I did not have an issue that was not dealt with the second it occurred and in a way that made it seem like it was nothing to begin with.

Exceptional Stay!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The interior design is stunning—tastefully curated with such elegance, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered and is simply luxurious. The rooms are equipped with amazing toiletries, the beds are large and incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making the experience even better. This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in America. 😌
