Pretty cool place to visit for a couple hours. The shop is pretty big and has some great stuff inside. We watched a free pineapple cutting demonstration where they taught about pineapples, how to select them in stores and cut and serve etc then gave slices out to everyone watching.

Dole whip was fantastic. I highly recommend it with crushed pineapple and Li Hing powder.

We did the pineapple express ride and it was a fun 20 minute ride with some cool information, but it was also very much overpriced.

This is a must do when in Oahu. While you don’t have to spend too long of a visit, you certainly can. It’s your choice. Of course the reason to go is to eat pineapple. And trust me it is like no other. It is truly like eating natures candy. The dole whip is also a great thing to try if you have never had one. The gift shop is filled with all things local, but what makes it special is the superb staff. Everyone is so friendly. Make this your first stop of the day, then continue north for a few minutes for lunch at the many food trucks and local eateries, then continue for a few more minutes up the road and experience all the fabulous North Shore has to offer. Dole Plantation was a fun place to visit when we were in Hawaii. It doesn't have many things to do or things that I am interested in, but it's an excellent place to relax and have some yummy food and snacks. The considerable gift shop has many different items and food; I love the ice cream. Dole Plantation is an excellent place to recharge myself after a busy day!

A must-visit spot on your trip to Oahu Island! There’s a lot to enjoy here with the family, including a scenic train ride and a large maze. While tickets are a bit pricey for what it is, it’s still a fun way to kick off your vacation. The on-site store is stocked with treats like the famous Dole Whip (so refreshing!), banana and pineapple juices, ice cream, chips, and plenty of souvenirs. We especially enjoyed the train ride—it was relaxing and a great way to see the variety of trees around the area. Although the pineapple juice tasted a bit artificial, the Dole Whip was a hit, and we left with a Hawaii hat as a keepsake. Highly recommend adding this spot to your itinerary!
