Superb!!!

This is a review based on a visit back in June 2024. I was there for business and took advantage to visit Osaka.

I am not going to give a detailed review on every dish this time because they were all amazing! No exception literally! The presentation, Ingredients, Flavors, Textures, everything was perfect!

On top of that the service and the staff is outstanding. I was a bit worried that I went directly to the restaurant from a hiking and was not dressed up to the occasion.

If you are in Santiago, this is definitely a restaurant to try it out!

Incredible food, nice outdoor terrace, service was good but so slow… And also people from the smoking zone were standing next to our tables so we’ve been eating and breathing with cigarette smoke😭 Why do the restaurant has a special veranda for smoking guests and they won’t stay and smoke there?🤔

An amazing Nikkei dining experience! The dishes were unique and far from the usual—each one had an original and adventurous flavor profile, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation.

We ordered:

Chanchito Nikkei (seasonal): This dish came served in a small frying pan and included rice, maduros, bacon and pork. When the waiter served it, he added a type of vinegar that gave the dish a bittersweet kick.

Pisco Ribs: The ribs were fantastic—tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness. I absolutely loved them.

One interesting thing the waiter mentioned was that the dishes are meant to be shared, which I loved because I always share meals with my partner.

For drinks:

Momo del Sur, Ginger Mojito, and Banana Ebizu (I’m not 100% sure of the name, but it’s the one with banana). I really recommend the Banana Ebizu—it was so unique, and I loved the creative touch of the banana slice topped with white chocolate.

Dessert:

Amai Toast: I’m not usually a fan of bread with ice cream, especially ice cream cheese 😂, but this dessert blew me away! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I couldn’t get enough of it.

The ambiance of the restaurant is chic and sophisticated, and the service was top-notch. My only small complaint was that the dessert took a bit longer to arrive, but the waiter was kind enough to apologize.

All in all, an incredible experience. I’ll definitely be back!

A fine Japan restaurant with fresh seafood, a pleasant atmosphere and  excellent service.
We had ceviche, tiradito, nigiries.
Everything was delicious.

Would not come back here again. Osaka wins points for ambiance and presentation but their seafood is not fresh and their service is lacking. I was charged 10% gratuity and then my server input a 20% tip without letting me know before I swiped my credit card. Also waited a full 10 minutes after being seated before a menu was handed to me.

Fantastisk middag på detta ställe! Bra matalternativ att dela, ganska bra vinlista, vänlig service, DJ med musik, bra atmosfär. Det är en exklusiv plats, med en check belopp för att matcha deras nivå. Ändå är det värt att besöka!

Fantastisk atmosfär, kvalitetsingredienser, uppmärksam service. Så vad saknas? Tja flera saker som anges var inte tillgängliga. Intressant att de hade en degustation objekt, som jag fick höra var inte tillgänglig, men alla komponenter var tillgängliga. Bizarre. Kanske en identitetskris. Hade sådana förhoppningar, men lämnades underväldigad och besviken.

Detta är den bästa japanska restaurangen som jag någonsin varit, tjänsterna var fantastiska, även det är något som de kallar erfarenhet, som består av att restaurangen ger dig en hel del sushis tills du säger att du är mätt, en otrolig idé, allt var perfekt, all fisk var färsk och läcker, det är verkligen dyrt, men rättvist till vad de serverar, den bästa japanska restaurangen som jag någonsin sett i hela mitt liv.

Detta är platsen att gå om du vill ha oklanderlig service och fantastisk mat. Vi hade servitören välja vår meny och gjorde ingen besviken. Varje gång en ny mat togs fram förklarade de vad det var och hur den tillagats. Vi är en familj på fem vara och alla av oss säger att det var den bästa sushi NÅGONSIN!

Började med cocktails. Alla var väldigt kreativa - speciellt den med malbec isbiten och den som gjordes med rök. Vi gjorde vår egen provsmakning meny för 5 och det var fantastiskt! Tjänsten var utmärkt. De var så vänliga och hjälpsamma om beställning för att säkerställa att alla av oss fick minst en smak av en viss maträtt. Vi plogar verkligen genom en hel del på menyn och mycket rätt var både vacker och utsökt. Inredningen var lugn och bekväm och det var nästan en hush över upptagen restaurang. Det var inte så bullrigt som så många större restauranger är idag. Det var dyrt men värt varje peso!

När vi var upptagna så kände vi service blev lite förlorad, annat än denna espectacular upplevelse. Du kan inte ha Mr Osaka dryck, det är en rökt körning, apelsin och andra ingredienser som gör den bästa drycken vi någonsin haft. Måste ha. Maten är exceptionell, japansk peruanska fusion mycket smakfullt balanserad och väl presenterad. Föreslå att försöka så många nigiris som möjligt, måste prova laxen och foie gras. På huvudposterna är den stekte räkan med pasi n fruktsås det löjligt bra.
