We spent 3 nights here in 2 rooms as a family of 4 and it was pretty much flawless. The welcome and service from all the staff was so warm and friendly, the location of the hotel next to the Roman forum couldn’t be beat - out of the hustle and bustle but only 10-30 mins walk from everything in Rome, and the suites were incredible. The design, luxury finishes, excellent showers and more. Gym was well equipped and the rooftop terrace was a nice space. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here last September for our Honeymoon and had the most wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We didn't know a lot of Italian prior to our trip and the hotel staff was more than willing to help us (and even spoke English). When they heard we were there for our honeymoon, they surprised us with champagne and other sweet treats in our room! The restaurant on-site is amazing too--I absolutely loved their tiramisu! The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, clean, and even included a kitchenette. The location was fantastic as well--quiet during the evenings, but still near the sights of Rome. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the Colosseum.

Would give out 6/5 on service if I could. My family and my husband’s family stayed here for our destination wedding and we had THE MOST REQUESTS and Palazzo Velabro delivered! They are kind, knowledgeable and so professional. Truly truly made our time so memorable here. That is not to say that the hotel is not stunning because IT TRULY IS! Please see my photos below which is our morning view from the hotel. Would definitely stay again here. Personal shout out to Silvia, Tomasso and Ludivico (and other Palazzo crew)! They are the best

Before booking this hotel, we read all the reviews, and there were some reviews that were not too nice. To our surprise from checking to check out, we had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room itself was very well equipped and modern. The lobby area is very modern. The downside is there are several little stairs throughout the area so just be ready to pick up your luggage and carry it for a few steps. There is a lovely little terrace on the first floor with a bar or you can have a drink and look at the Roman ruins in the distance. For this trip, we brought our toddler and we had no issues. It was very kid friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Location is great and service is fantastic.

We had a great short stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful to book us a driver from the airport before our stay, to give us city tour recommendations at check in, and to hold our bags so we could explore more on our check out day and to call a taxi for us. Close to city center activities, though quiet and peaceful area. Not well labeled from the street, but all our drivers figured it out pretty quickly.
