I just had one of the best Greek meals that I've had in a long time! It's the perfect "diner" like atmosphere! The food was awesome! I had the gyro and fries. The meat was flavorful, the veggies tasted fresh, the sauce was good, the fries were fresh from the fryer, even the Coke was great! The best part about my lunch was the service! The cashier was an absolute sweetheart! She made you feel welcomed and greeted you with a smile! I'll be eating here every time I come so Scottsdale!

From the moment we walked into Gyro Express, we were greeted with so much enthusiasm and friendliness from the staff. Amirah and Ilene were just amazing, making us feel right at home and incredibly comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and every bite was worth the 25-minute drive. We'll gladly make the trip again for such an amazing dinner. Thank you, Ilene and Amirah, for the wonderful experience!

I ordered the #6 lunch special it was about $16 fries and a drink included.  Fries had no salt or flavor and were a bit soggy and burned.   Gyro was decent but the sauce lacked some flavor and the 2 tomato slices were too big.  The pita tasted fresh but that’s about it. I probably wouldn’t eat here again. The staff and service was good though. Very friendly and helpful just average food at above average prices.

It is not perfect rendition of the style, but very reasonably priced gyros, and very generous portions are served, so a decent place to go. Service is friendly and fast. Place is on the small side, and most of the seating is arranged as booths. There is also outside seating, but obviously limited by weather. Middle eastern style food from your neighborhood friendly Russian entrepreneurs. Gyro pita with plenty of meat for around seven bucks after tax makes this reasonable place for a quick bite.

Best Gyro I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming here on and off for a couple years when I am in the area for work and the food is very good! The owner is very nice and welcoming!
