Service was phenomenal. The location was perfect. 15 min shuttle to the village, 5-10 min walk to public beach, less than 5 min walk to little market. The room was nice and accommodating. I do wish it had a microwave as we had to eat our everyday, but having a room that sat in the water and a private deck to enjoy the beautiful blue waters was breathtaking. Perfect honeymoon destination.

the staff here were very professional and extremely helpful. The front desk was super speedy in calling us a taxi and reaching out to doctors when we had an emergency and had to go to Vaitape. Noemi at the gift shop also called around and suggested different clinics to visit. Chris the shuttle driver was super nice and quick to get us everywhere.

Yes the rooms are a bit old and tired. We had some trouble getting hot water in the shower our first two nights. But the room was spacious, had air conditioning, and wasnt uncomfortable.

We were quoted a bit extra upon checkout for some hidden fees and extra taxes that did not reflect the bill we agreed upon with the booking team (you have to email to make a reservation).

But ultimately with the awesome staff, the close proximity to many shops and restaurants and beaches, and the inclusion of free kayaking and snorkel gear, we did enjoy our time here. Just a shame it is a bit expensive with the extra charges for some reason.

If the hotel were to update and refresh the rooms, it would be in the top 3 best hotels on the island.

The service sucks. Breakfast said MORNING to the front desk and she didn't respond at all. Four hour dive tour in the morning, cold and hungry, hair still wet, we went to the restaurant to eat, it was very windy, I asked for one of the roller blinds to be put down and the waitress came straight back with the word No, I said it was a bit cold with the wind and she still said No. I couldn't believe it, I was so pissed off.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional – the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like repeat clients, remembering us from previous visit. The overwater bungalows were not only clean and well-maintained but also reasonably priced for the experience. The hotel grounds were beautifully kept, and we enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach, with an abundance of corals and vibrant fish.

Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the beachside restaurants served great meals with excellent service. It's a perfect spot for those who want to relax, enjoy snorkeling, or take out a kayak. A truly enjoyable and fun getaway!

Not a review for the hotel as we didn't stay here, but a review for the staff at the front desk who went out of their way to find and book us the only taxi on the island that takes credit card. We had our wallets stolen during our stay at Bora Bora so could only get by using Google Pay for the remainder of our trip, and no way to get any more cash. The staff were super helpful despite the fact that we weren't staying at the hotel. It was hugely appreciated and very kind of them to help us out. Maururu!
