The coaches are next level skilled, never had such a great, accurate and professional coaching and I regularly attend many classes in different clubs. Loved every single minute even when struggling through the super hard workouts!

Not to mention the outstanding organization even with fully packed room & all the equipment out.. impressive! Loved the staff helping in cleaning and organizing ensuring the best experience for everyone.

I work in the fitness space and I’ve been to several gyms around the world.

Bambu Fitness easily one of the top 3 best gyms in the WORLD. I’m saying this based on the facilities, location and proximity to other things, what they offer in terms of classes if you’re interested, the coaches and the general vibe of the place. Prices similar to other high end gyms on the island, which is fine.
They have special Oly lifting platforms, a HUGE bonus for someone who practices the sport.

I used to go to CrossFit Wanderlust, but lately Bambu Fitness is my go to now.

Must visit and cannot recommend enough!

Nice gym but a bit pricy! Class was great with lots of coaches who were very helpful and encouraging. Everyone is given a sweat towel on entry which is good cos it is HOT! Nice vibe. The cafe on site is cute too and has a room with air con.
