※私自身は天ぷらが好きではありません。美味しい天ぷらを食べてみたいというところから始まっていますので、内容や点数に関して不快に感じる方もいるかもしれませんのでご了承ください。
ただし、一言感想としては、美味しかったです！

ホタテを焼いた時の食感が良くなり始めるギリギリのラインで揚がっていて、存分に食感と旨みが楽しめます！
･チャービルルート
フランスのおいもなんですが、調理前はしょうが、調理後は里芋の天ぷらにしか見えません！
しかし、スイートポテトを食べているかのようなしっとりとした甘さ！
最高です！

他も全てが美味しかったのですが、それを支える
2種の塩と、七味、そして天つゆ+大根おろしです！
大根おろしは永遠食べていられます笑

*I personally don't like tempura. Please note that some people may feel uncomfortable with the content and scores, as it all started with the desire to eat delicious tempura.
However, in one word, it was delicious!

・A small shop with only 7 people at the counter!

・Kiss
For the first time in my life, I thought Kiss's tempura was delicious!
It has a crispy outside and a fluffy inside that won't make it look mushy!
･Large shiitake mushroom
The flavor of shiitake mushrooms is overflowing!
･Scallop tempura
The scallops are fried just at the point where the texture starts to get better when grilled, so you can enjoy the texture and flavor to the fullest!
･Chervil root
It's a French oimo, but it looks like ginger tempura before cooking, and taro tempura after cooking!
However, it is moist and sweet, like eating sweet potatoes!
It's the best!

Everything else was delicious, but the
Two types of salt, shichimi, and tentsuyu + grated radish!
I can eat grated radish forever lol

人気でなかなか予約のとれない天ぷら屋さんと聞いて行ってきました。口コミをみると衣を食べる天ぷらと書いてあったので、重い感じなのかなと思ってましたが全くそんな事なかったです。たしかに、衣の軽い他店と比べたらしっかりしてるなって感じはしたけど、想像より軽くて美味しいなーと思いました。茄子と舞茸、アナゴがとくに好みで美味しかった。追加で松茸を注文したけど、最後の方で満腹になり大好きなアナゴをハーフにしてしまったのが残念。かなりボリュームあるので、食の細い女性は追加なしでも良いかも。もう少しボリューム控えめのランチコースとかあったら嬉しいなと思う。

I heard that this tempura restaurant is popular and difficult to get reservations for, so I went there. When I read the reviews, it said that the tempura was eaten with batter, so I thought it would be heavy, but that was not the case at all. It was true that the batter was lighter than other restaurants, but I thought it was lighter and more delicious than I expected. The eggplant, maitake mushrooms, and conger eel were especially delicious. I ordered extra matsutake mushrooms, but unfortunately I got full towards the end and ended up eating half of my favorite conger eel. It's quite voluminous, so women with small appetites may not need extra. I think it would be nice if there was a lunch course that was a little less filling.
