Dinning here is a theatric experience. The service staffs looked like they are given a script to regurgitate. Any request outside the script will throw them off guard.
Food wise - they are very creative. But after the 3rd dish, your taste buds starts to get fatigue coz they really max out the flavors.
Being Asian. We are no strangers to rich flavors. But this one comes with high salt - which is a bit too much for us.
According to one Asian staff that came over to chat - it seems Finnish diet is high salt.
All in all, the experience feels staged and food wise - 100 points for creativity and intent. 50points for execution.
