A very cosy ambiance, surrounded by artworks - the furniture, the décor on the tables, the ceramics, in this gastronomic restaurant.

Accueilli et installé par le chef en personne qui vous dit que vous êtes chez vous : ça ne pouvait guère commencer mieux. Le maître des lieux reviendra brièvement en milieu de repas s’enquérir du cours des choses. Le service est aux petits soins. La salle est paisible. A la différence des autres, le Menu carte permet de choisir entrée, plat et dessert. Il s’avérera que somme toute en ajoutant les amuse-bouches et le (bon) pain, il s’agissait d’un judicieux équilibre trouvé. Plus aurait été pour moi trop en quantité. Un savoir-faire de très belle qualité s’exprime dans les assiettes. Des recettes fines, subtiles, savoureuses que l’on attend chez un étoilé. Carte des vins impressionnante, même en demi-bouteilles, un peu moins au verre. Un moment hautement agréable.

Welcomed and installed by the chef himself who tells you that you are at home: it couldn't have started better. The host will return briefly mid-meal to inquire about the progress of things. The service is attentive. The room is peaceful. Unlike the others, the Menu à la carte allows you to choose starter, main course and dessert. It will turn out that all in all, adding the appetizers and the (good) bread, it was a judicious balance found. More would have been too much for me. Very good quality know-how is expressed in the plates. Fine, subtle, tasty recipes that you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Impressive wine list, even in half bottles, a little less by the glass. A highly pleasant moment.
