This is one of the rare restaurants in Rome without a waiting line—but it definitely deserves one!

The service is exceptional, and the food is simply outstanding—the best lunch we had in Rome. We were lucky to be served by Siam, a true professional and a genuinely wonderful person. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent service and very delicious dishes. Our waiter Sam was very courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant. We’ve been here twice and will definitely come back.

Ristorante Pancrazio has a nice setting and friendly service. Everything was okay overall, but the food was a bit too salty for my taste. With a lighter hand on the salt, it could be a great spot.

Great food and service! Tom was our waiter and he was extremely attentive, polite and made great food recommendations. He was also very kind to allow us to dine downstairs (even thought we got there at 4pm), so we could fully admire the remains of The Theatre of Pompey. Amazing experience and ambiance overall. Excellent food as well.

I’m someone who NEVER writes reviews, but this place was genuinely the worst place I’ve been during my time traveling Italy.
All pastas was still raw on the inside, but the waiter tried to gaslight us that it was how it’s normally cooked. I had to physically cut open a rigatoni and show him for him to just take it to be recooked. No apology, nothing. Service was not good. Oxtail was the best dish but it wasn’t even good… would not recommend getting it again. Carbonara was flavorless, and again, all the pastas were undercooked. Beef tartar was disgusting and weirdly chewy and looked nothing like previous reviews photos, which the waiter told me they changed the recipe. We fell for the good reviews, but there’s something fishy with this place, do not trust the reviews.
