Our stay at the Radisson Blu was truly delightful from start to finish. The staff were exceptional in every regard, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our time here. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Although the location experiences a certain level of street noise due to its proximity to bustling city activity, it added a lively charm to the atmosphere and did not diminish the comfort of our stay. The room we stayed in was remarkably spacious, thoughtfully designed, and exuded warmth, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The bathroom, in particular, stood out for its superior quality, exceeding our expectations with its modern fixtures, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Firstly, when arriving in the hotel the reception staff didn’t explain anything regarding breakfast, spa, checkout or anything useful. The first room we were given had noticeable marks and chips on the walls, shattered tiles in the bathroom and when we got into the shower and tried to turn it on the shower handle fell off and you could see it was all moldy and had been glued back on previously. We then called reception regarding this and after 20 minutes heard nothing back, then we called again and were advised an engineer was coming to our room. A cleaner came to our room who quickly realized it was an engineer we needed as previously mentioned. Then after another 20 minutes an engineer arrived and we were advised it would be another half an hour until he could fix it, so we asked to change rooms. We had been traveling since the morning and just wanted to have a shower and this was extremely frustrating. We went to reception and we were advised we were upgraded to a tower room with a complimentary drink and spa voucher. But upon arriving in that room, the view was nice but the rest of the room was horrible and extremely outdated. Then we came back down and said we weren’t happy with this room and then changed us to a standard room again but didn’t provide the vouchers for this disappointing experience. The third room they gave us had a tiny window, which cannot be opened and a broken toilet seat. At this point we just gave up and settled, because we just wanted to shower after a long day of traveling. On the other hand the breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff. The skyline bar was nice too and the hotel is in a good location. Although I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. I will not be returning.

We had a fantastic time here! The staff was amazing, my husband celebrated his birthday on the originally planned date, but we had to reschedule so we ended up coming in November. Despite this, they still provided us with his birthday present, which was a room looking at the old town. The lobby and the bars were beautiful and modern, however, the rooms looked a bit old. But, despite that, we had a great time.

Stopped there for the first time, staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was great, also visited the pool area which was also okay, but on sunday afternoon there was a lot of people.
I had room on the 9th floor but I though that it would be better for that price, the window sadly was not facing the city, conditioning wasn’t working and just blowed air loudly, shower had mold add bathroom itself was not pretty looking.
I think that this hotel is overpriced.

The location is amazing (20 minutes from the airport and walking distance from the city center) and the staff was helpful. The design of the rooms are decent, but the problems I described down below are real. If you want to have a nice stay, aim for the upper level (more expensive) rooms and avoid the north tower (the smaller one). The skybar is incredible and prices are ok for what you get. The gym was great and available for everyone, but the spa is 25 EUR/person if you only book the basic rooms! Breakfast was incredible.
