At first glance, the hotel looks sleek and modern, but a closer look reveals it's more about flashy lights and cheap glamour than real quality. The service was well below what you'd expect from a four-star establishment, let alone one boasting a Michelin Key. Staff seemed indifferent, and the overall experience lacked the polish and attentiveness you'd expect at this level.

The location also leaves much to be desired—far from the best spots, making getting around less convenient than expected. Overall, a letdown, and not worth the hype.

Stayed here for the last leg of our trip. Great location with everything we could need in walking distance. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained and sound proof windows and doors. Nice small terrace with cold pool to dip in after a long day of exploring city. Lovely bar/ restaurant for snacks and cocktails, huge breakfast spread. Appreciated the aromatherapy in the rooms, and the lounge for relaxing outside the small rooms, made us feel at home. Staff helped us promptly with all requests, with a smile. Can’t wait to go back!

This hotel was very good! It looks amazing and is very clean. Of course when you’ve got a receptionist like David that greats you with your name and a big smile you feel very welcome. Also the location was perfect for us to explore the city. The rooms were beautiful and very clean!

Beautiful and sophisticated, the hotel is just a glory to behold.   The restaurant exudes Havana-esque opulence.  The service from the hotel is warm,  personable, so wonderfully professional and accommodating... we felt pampered and catered to the entire time!  I loved the hotel, although I felt the room's design was impractical.   We had nowhere to place our luggage, as the bed consumed almost all of the space in the room so if my luggage was open,  it would block the narrow entry to the bathroom.  There are spaces under the bed,  but if your luggage is large,  it will not fit.   Even so,  I would say that was a mild inconvenience, amply made up for by the hotel's exquisite ambiance.  Recommended!

Truly a fantastic boutique hotel! So many thoughtful details. Comfortable room and kind service. Cute vintage shops and cafes nearby. Pool was great for taking a dip and laying out, though seating is limited! Breakfast in the morning was well executed and delicious.

Only criticism (which is not the hotels fault): as a young woman traveling alone, I will say the area may not feel the safest to walk around alone in at night. Lots of dark alleys and corners nearby where tourists can easily get picked on. It is gritty, so be vigilant!
